The hotel is amazing- the entertainment is amazing, they honestly make the hotel and make the the activities so enjoyable- Micheal was so friendly! All activities are so enjoyable! An amazing place all together!

Not too far from the airport which is always a plus to start with!! Also has a SuperMarket right across the street, great for filling the fridge in the room! You are about a 15 minute walk into the town centre! The staff are First Class!! There is always loads floating around, willing to help! I’ve never seen so many cleaners and gardeners at a hotel!! The place is spotless, can’t be faulted on that front! Always seemed to be plenty of sun beds, no wars first thing in the mornings! I tended to go to the Adult Only Pool/Bar area, this has comfier sun-beds than the regular pool! Even without being able to have a late Check-Out, I was offered the use of a complementary ‘Shower Room’ before leaving at 5pm, which was great, as I could still sunbath etc before leaving, despite checking out my room at 1200! The room was also fantastic, very clean and modern! A/C worked great, and lovely shower! I was in the Adults Only area, which was good, heard no noise at night etc! I would say, the swim up pools looked fantastic if you are thinking about those!! So others said about room privacy, since the wings of rooms look out into each other, but I honestly never found it an issue, the rooms french doors have curtains etc for privacy, it’s honestly not an issue! Thee ONLY thing letting the hotel down is the food, which plenty other reviewers have mentioned! It’s such a shame!! Breakfast was good, plenty of options etc! Dinner was a let down however, none of the food was ‘hot enough’! Am not a fussy eater by any means, but even I wasn’t overly impressed! Also, not everything was labelled as to what it actually was….so unless you recognised things, you couldn’t guarantee what it actually was (like there was loads of lovely yogurts in little jars, but none were labelled as too flavour etc) Overall, I would go back, but knowing the food wouldn’t be up to par!

Lovely clean hotel. We stayed in the Emblem swim up rooms. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Lovely powerful double shower, however if you run them both the bathroom floods! Beware that the pools around Emblem are not heated and I feel should have been if paying extra for Emblem but unable to use as too cold. There is no bar at the Emblem area so you have to go out to the main bars everytime you wanted a drink which is annoying. 2 of each beer, coke, coke zero, water and sparklingwater in the room fridge. Areas around the main pool do not open till 10am which we thought was weird but still managed to get beds in the sun and an umbrella. Sunbeds really comfortable and plenty in the sun all day! Pools a bit chilly but once your in it's lovely. Very clean. Food - buffet is good at breakfast time - lots to choose from and an omelette station. Preferred the main buffet to the Emblem for breakfast as much more choice. Emblem was better for dinner, although lots of stuff unavailable on the menu when we were there, but it did come out hot. The main buffet seems to have an issue with keeping food warm. Even the chips were stone cold! Didn't think much of the Italian a la carte restaurant-sauces like water and try and rush you out. Pizza is the same as they serve in the main restaurant. Our mains came out while we were still eating starters! Drinks/bar - lots of choice. Always a queue at the bar (no waiter service) but cocktails are made fresh in front if you so that's what slows it down. They have a self service for soft drinks and beer and water. All areas are keep very clean and a lovely aroma when you arrive and in the air conditioned areas. Staff are very friendly. Entertainment- singer ever night in the jazz bar and some Entertainment in the main area - although this is a bit hit and miss. Entertainment team are friendly and talk to everyone. Adults Only pool we thought was very claustrophobic with a small pool so we didn't use it. 7min walk from the main strip with lots of shops, bars, restaurants. Overall a very clean hotel...lovely getaway for some sunshine! All inclusive finishes at 11pm (emblem finishes at midnight) after that you have to pay for drinks - which we thought weird for an AI resort.

Excellent hotel very good facilities we stayed B&B plenty enough choice for breakfast. We stayed in an apartment which very spacious and modern and clean. All staff very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our week stay. We would definitely stay again. Pool opens 10am so no issues with sunbeds.

We want to say a huge thank you to our amazing cleaner Johanna who did wonderful job through our stay and made the room feel so homely. I would suggest making the emblem process a little bit clearer to guests as we felt it wasn't properly communicated and lead to disappointment at the start until we figured it out ourselves. The swim up room was gorgeous with a lovely calm atmosphere, but occasionally the water had a slight smell. Overall we had a wonderful holiday!
