great staff, very friendly and welcoming. amazing service. the room was nice and cosy very easy to get comfortable.

We stayed in Room 1223 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Every morning, we were woken before 6:30am by deliveries and rubbish being emptied. On one morning, we were also treated to drilling directly outside our room at 7:30am — hardly the relaxing holiday we were hoping for. The wet room was extremely dangerous and, despite being advised that the resort was accessible, it was far from it. Wherever my daughter wanted to go, we often had to move furniture to make space for her. If she wanted to use the slide, there was a long route around the toilets, which were only available on one side of the resort. This made getting around unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The swimming pools were absolutely freezing and unbearable for the children to stay in for any length of time. The resort itself was filthy in places. The canteen was exactly that — a canteen — but unfortunately even dirtier. The floors were filthy, the food was never warm, and the same dishes seemed to be served every day. We also did not feel particularly welcome as an English family. On one occasion, the chef was extremely rude and gave the impression that he did not want to serve us. If you are able-bodied, it seems you can simply jump the fence to reserve a sunbed, which was incredibly frustrating. The evening entertainment was also very poor, which was such a shame because the location has so much potential. I will never return to this resort and, based on this experience, I would not book another Jet2 holiday. We were advised that the resort was accessible, but our experience was very different from what we were led to expect. There were, however, some positives. Some of the cleaning staff in the canteen were absolutely amazing and worked incredibly hard. Jandía and Morro Jable are beautiful areas, and this resort could genuinely be a fantastic place to stay, especially with the golf course and the surrounding location. Unfortunately, the resort itself needs significant improvements, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, food, accessibility, noise, pool temperatures and the overall attitude towards guests.

We’ve just returned after a week here and can positively say we truly had a great experience and excellent relaxing holiday overall. The rooms are massive and very clean. Although I would have liked larger and maybe a few more towels . Cleaners are very good and really pleasant. You cannot go wrong with the food. The same as any all inclusive and lots of choice and fresh food. The staff work tirelessly to ensure you are fed and watered and the areas are kept clean and tidy. Big shout out to Daily, Maria, Victor to name a few but you were all amazing! The atmosphere was very relaxed. The golf Course was amazing (although a bit expensive (perhaps More deals needed) but my son loved playing. Day time entertainment was brilliant and just enough. The hotel operate a token system for drink's which in my opinion was much better as it reduced waste and mess around the complex. Although people queued for sun loungers you never really needed to as they ere always available. Opened at 10am which again in my opinion worked really well and allowed people to relax over breakfast time. Pools and slides amazing however the pool was freezing!!! Taxi into town was only £7 euros and the beach and shopping areas were fantastic including the restaurant. Highly recommend to go. It is not as far as you think and could walk down if able in about half an hr. Look out for the chipmunks too! So cute Downsides - not many really. On arrival (late) there is no bottled water provided and all machines were off. (Vending machine not working) I noticed people took their own water bottles and filled up for the evening though. The evening entertainment could be improved. Not the entertainment staff they were amazing but the complex could invest in better external entertainment or give more scope to staff or money to improve. but this is usual of all inclusives I think. The sports bar is great and very Relaxed but they don’t have facilities to show all games or have multiple games at once. We ended up at a pub in town. Called ‘ Buddha’ and it was fantastic. Maybe have one night where it’s just a great mix of music for all ages to encourage all to enjoy. The themed restaurant was never themed and I feel this is where the biggest improvement is needed. It was the same each night and no different to the main eating area. I would have expected a different theme each night ie steak, Chinese, Italian etc. I would have also liked a better more exclusive atmosphere in themed Restaurant. You didn’t need to book and in my Opinion was just an overspill area for guests. Pos were freezing and I would have preferred them heated but didn’t stop me enjoying them but you could tell that all guests felt the cold in the pool too! Overall a fantastic holiday, great Place to stay not too far away for us but depends on what you need. If you want everything a short walk away this is not the place but for my family it was just what we needed. Wi fi every where so no issues there and just generally a very nice relaxed family place to be. I would visit again for a week but wouldn’t stay any longer than that.

Firstly let me say that we read the reviews beforehand and were really worried. But having stayed there i now feel that some of the reviews are unfair. We stayed in a standard family room which was basically a large 1 bed apartment. It was absolutely adequate and was clean and comfortable. We requested cleaning every day and this was carried out to a good standard. The sheets were changed once during our 11 night stay. The hotel itself is clean and modern. There was cleaning carried out constantly everywhere we looked and the staff work hard. The pools are brilliant, (kids loved the slides) and are very clean. The food was good and we always found something to eat. The choice wasnt as fancy as some hotels but it was tasty and good. There is a token system in place for the drinks which although a bit annoying is tolerable and does reduce mess as there are never any empty glasses left anywhere. The drawback for this hotel mainly for us was the drinks situation. There are no drinks menus anywhere and they looked at my like I had 2 heads when I asked for one. There are cocktail machines which taste absolutely awful. There are only plastic beakers available other than the sports bar which is only open 8pm to 11pm daily. This is the only place that you can get a drink in a glass. Again no menus, it smells funny, there are uncomfortable metal chairs and not enough cushions for every chair. The air con is freezing. It is basically an uncomfortable experience BUT you are desperate for a drink in a nice glass so you tolerate it. There is no on site shop (other than a golf shop that i never saw a soul in). The nearest shops are a half hour walk away and uphill all the way back. 9 euros for a taxi one way. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. However we did book a buggy trip with them and they never turned up. Not sure if communication break down? Also my daughter left her childhood comforter toy behind and I have been emailing and texting every address and number I can find and have never had a reply... Although when we were there they were helpful. On the whole I think this hotel could be brilliant if they made the sports bar more comfortable and opened it all day so that you can get a drink in a glass and somewhere other than the busy pool bar with plastic childrens beakers. If they had nice cocktails and drinks menus. Also if it had a shop on site. Also there are no ice cream available anywhere other than in a scoop at meal times in main restaurant. It would be nice if they had freezers with ice creams for the kids available during the day like Hotels normally do. Price wise we paid £4100 for 11 nights all inclusive family of 4 in mid August with jet2. When i checked the price 5 weeks before hand it had gone down to £3200!!!!! I was gutted. So i think the pricing is very variable. On the whole a good stay and I would recommend for families with younger children. A few tweaks could make it a much nicer stay. Absolutely amazing place. Great staff, amazing food. Nice and clean big rooms We would definitely return back here. I wish I was sat by the pool now
