Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

Staying here right now, Seriously Disappointing – An Embarrassment to the LIVVO Brand ⭐ 2/5 Having stayed at other LIVVO hotels before, I know the standard to expect. Unfortunately, Hotel LIVVO Jandía falls embarrassingly short. The pool is good, but frankly, that’s about the only positive. The queues for drinks are appalling, with seemingly one member of staff expected to serve hundreds of guests. Completely unacceptable and hardly the relaxing holiday experience you pay for. The sports bar is a joke. Doors open, TVs switched on, yet the bar itself is closed. Utterly pointless. The grounds are also in desperate need of a thorough clean, with the general upkeep and presentation leaving a lot to be desired. The entire operation feels chronically understaffed and poorly managed, with cost-cutting seemingly taking priority over basic customer service. This isn’t about expecting luxury. It’s about basic standards of cleanliness, service and facilities that actually operate. Having experienced better at other LIVVO properties, the difference here is glaring. LIVVO should seriously review how this hotel is being run, as it’s damaging the reputation of the brand. Very disappointing. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it or return.

Great hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great, plenty of options. The beds were huge and very comfortable and the rooms a good size. The beach and shops were a short 10 minute taxi ride which the staff order for you with only a short wait which was good. Could have done with more bar staff as queues were generally quite long and a little general shop as there was only a golf shop. It would have been nice for a bigger discount for golfing for guests staying at the hotel too. The coffee machines were often turned off between food service, so would have been nice to have this available all the time. A few times the water dispenser was turned off too, which should be on all the time. Though we would recommend this hotel as felt it was good value for money for the week and we had a good time!

This hotel was brilliant. The food was very nice. The alcohol is NOT watered down like you get at so many all inclusive hotels. All the staff we met were so nice, friendly and always willing to help if you have an issue. The rooms are fairly basic, yet comfortable with plenty of space inside. You have plenty of liquid soap and shower gel in the bathroom and kitchen. You must ask for daily cleaning and towel changes when you arrive at reception or you will only get towels changed every 3 to 4 days. The entertainment team, bar staff and restaurant staff are also very polite, happy and work exceptionally hard. This is the first hotel that I would very happily come back to

Booked this hotel with Jet2 with my partner. First time in Fuertaventura. Was concerned by some of the reviews given before arrival. Thankfully they weren't justified. The price we paid was incredibly reasonable for all inclusive and if you aren't paying 5* then don't expect 5* and run a place down. Check in and out smooth. Rooms modern and clean. Views from balcony over mountains and golf course down to the sea are stunning. Food has a great selection and fresh and tasty all day. Bar and entertainment great. Bars close 11pm which is not a bad thing. Staff work very hard and are lovely.Pool and slides great fun even at 54! Only fault I'd say check integrity of some of the balcony railings. Also it is out on its own but taxis cheap to town. We never left the hotel as the craic was mighty with people we met. All in all great experience and would definitely return. Well done to all who make it work at Hotel Livvo Jandia. Thank you for the experience.

We had a great time, our 1st time in Jandia as a family. Positives: hotel atmosphere, food & drinks good (although themed restaurant was same Italian theme for the 3 nights it was on). Slides, pools, plenty of loungers & animation team all excellent. Staff were helpful & friendly. Hotel location is good but around 40 mins walk or €7 in taxi to shops & beach or Morro Jabel. They do offer a free beach transfer but has to be booked the day before & is 5pm fixed return. Would recommend a taxi into morro jabel, lovely wee town. Negatives: it’s a long transfer (2 hours) but was done on a comfortable coach. The cleanliness of the hotel let it down a bit where floors, stairs & tiles weren’t cleaned properly with lots of hairs, dust, grime & cigarette butts. Bedding also didn’t seem to be changed at all, just made & one day room wasn’t cleaned & 4 hand towels were left despite all days being ticked on arrival. Our balcony door also didn’t lock but I wasn’t overly concerned being on the 2nd floor. We had a family room with a sofa bed & room with 2 single beds pushed together which worked well enough although sofa-bed not very comfortable. Generally positive, despite some little negatives & would stay again!
