Dirty, noisy, unprofessional staff, i don’t recommend this hotel. Mattresses are hard, bedding is dirty. Sofa bed- is wooden and cushions are worn, so not comfortable. Toilet seat broke off. Black Bugs on glass wooden table. Bars next to hotel open till early hours of morning and guests are allowed to use pool area till whatever time they wish. You will be told to pay a €50 deposit on arrival, but not told much else. You just handed paper with info on. You will find some cheese & ham sandwiches, water and old fruit in your warm fridge and dial is turned right down. This apparently is your welcome meal. We didn’t touch ours due to warm of fridge and old bananas and dirty fridge. Noisy throughout day & night into early hours of morning. Food options for kids are limited and dont ask for anything else as you will just be told what’s available is available. Seafood in amongst other food, so having an allergy was limited to what I can choose. Asked for more pillows, as only one thin material unhygenic pillow supplied, just told no nothing available. Curtain in room had staining on it. Shower curtain dirty. Bath is peeling and just patched over. Housekeeping only available certain days. Bar closed early one night, asking bar tender the next day, he said keep quiet, your lying, keep quiet. Told to keep cup and bring it back to bar if I want another drink or won’t get one. Asked for room move, due to room dirty and very noisy location, just told no. If you use TUI - the hotel will only give u a standard room. This was suppose to be an amazing experience but was anything but what we expected. Awful experience and felt helpless as they don’t treat you like a guest, your made to feel like an inconvenience. All inclusive package booked, arrived 10mins late due to delay flight, told no you late bar closed, so Cant even get a cool drink for us. Pool you will be told only kids on slide, yet all adults are using it. No supervision bt lifeguard or staff. Guests left to do whatever they want. Local buses in area, so you don’t need to use taxis which are more expensive. Bus transfer to airport €3 each around corner from hotel, which you not told about. Just told by reception to ask TUI. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Three weeks before our arrival, we contacted the hotel and asked, if possible, for a room close to the pool and away from the bars, as we have a baby (10 months) who needs to sleep in the evenings. Despite making this request well in advance, we were given a room right next to the bars when we checked in. We then asked if it was possible to change rooms and were told to come back after two days, as a room would then be available. When we returned, we were told that there was indeed a room near the pool, but that we had to pay an additional €20. This had never been mentioned to us before. We therefore felt forced to pay, as our daughter was unable to sleep because of the loud music coming from the bars. The rooms were also not particularly clean. On several occasions, our room was not cleaned at all and I even had to take out the trash myself. There were plenty of flies and cockroaches inside the rooms, which is completely unacceptable. The fridge had a strong mouldy smell coming from the back, not from inside. The lack of air conditioning made the stay even more uncomfortable. Some of the reception staff were also very rude. In particular, a middle-aged woman with black hair tied up in a bun was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our stay. My wife speaks fluent Spanish and has Canarian roots. I also tried to speak Spanish with the receptionist, but she consistently replied to me in English, even though I wanted to communicate in Spanish (I can speak the language). She could not know whether I spoke English well or not and I found this disrespectful. Furthermore, she would only address my wife and completely ignore me, as if I wasn't even there. This was my personal experience, I felt it was particularly obvious and very unprofessional. I also got the strong impression that Spanish guests are treated differently, while tourists are sometimes treated as if they are stupid or less deserving of respect. This is particularly disappointing in a hotel that depends on tourists for its business. Staff should remember not to “spit in the plate they eat from” — tourists are the very people who keep the hotel and the local tourism industry going.

This is not a all inclusive hotel for families limited drinks snacks 2 hours hot dogs burgers you have to pay for snacks at pool bar no floats in pools unless you are Spanish as this is half residential accommodation they do not want the English here at all fights rules only apply to English rooms very basic but awful sleeping conditions do not complain they will ask you to leave we see this with two families air conditioners are £140 for two weeks you will need this as the rooms are so hot 2 weeks here a lot of very unhappy people we stayed out of the arguing as could not risk being asked to leave entertainment is 45 mins at most singer or dance show bar closed at 11 great location but god awful place to stay
