Maspalomas Villas by Dunas

This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel with our family, and once again, we had an amazing experience. From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately feel well looked after and welcomed. The Villas Premium by Dunas is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Our villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, the towels were changed every day, and, most importantly, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The resort itself is spacious and well maintained, with a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi — which I absolutely loved! There really is something for everyone. But what truly made our holiday special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, from the team taking care of our villa to the restaurant staff, who made every breakfast and dinner a real pleasure. The food was delicious, and their warm and attentive service made every meal even more enjoyable. A special mention must go to Ania, whose beautiful smile, positive energy and enthusiasm made our stay even more memorable. She organized a variety of activities and entertainment around the resort and always brought such a wonderful atmosphere with her. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families, looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with delicious food, beautiful surroundings and truly wonderful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely love to come back again!

Had an amazing 10 night family holiday here from the 23rd August staying in the adult only Premier Villas. All the staff are so lovely and could not be more helpful or cheerful… Oscar on the check in desk, all the receptionists, Rachid who greeted everyone into the restaurant and took food orders with a smile, the bar staff, the waiters and waitresses, the house keeping team, the lifeguards and the entertainment crew. When we had a problem with the electric in our villa, the director and the lady from Guest Experience (I’m sorry I should have asked your name) were beyond helpful as we had to pack everything and move into a different villa. We could not have asked for anything more… we were given a pool view, late checkout with All inclusive and massages. All the rooms were perfect - cleaned every day, comfortable, coffee pods and water replenished everyday and the lady who came every night with chocolates and changed our towels made our evening when she came before we went for dinner. I should have also got the name of the bar man who started most days at 4 pm - he served every drink with a smile and clearly enjoys his job. An absolute asset to the hotel. The pool area is beautiful with comfortable leather sun loungers and plenty available without reserving. Many of the Balinese beds were reserved daily officially with the lifeguard and room number placed on in the morning, but we didn’t need to as there was always sun loungers available at all times of the day. The only thing that could be improved is to have more parasols, as some people had 3 around their Balinese beds not always leaving enough for everyone else. I have never seen lifeguards work so hard - putting parasols up and down, collecting cups from around the pool, as well always ensuring safety. Snack time mid morning and around 4:30 was a bonus as smoothies, fruit salad and sweet treats were handed out around the pool - something I have never experienced before. Also, a huge shout out to Manu from the hotel entertainment team and Clement from the Corallium team! In fact, all from the Coraium team. Despite us being one of the very few English families in the hotel, they both made our son welcome to all activities. Being a teenager on his own in the adult side, he went across to the family side everyday. They knew him by name, speaking to him whenever they saw him and made sure he knew what times the activities were. Aqua gym was fantastic, the dunas challenge was hilarious and the team are talented in so many ways. Maybe there could be an entertainment board on the adult side with the times of the activities and where they took place, as it took us 3 days to find where the yoga session was - Thankyou Ania! It was lovely being able to use all areas of the hotel with the activities and lunch on the family side, chill out by the pool on the adult side and watch the entertainment back on the family side after the most amazing meals. All food is amazing and being able to order breakfast and dinner à la carte in addition to the buffet makes the hotel feel like a 5* experience. This was our first time in Gran Canaria and would definitely use this hotel again. Just to add, using the local bus to visit places was easy, and it’s a lovely walk to the dunes and shopping centre. The most wonderful holiday resort! Great for adults only! Food is great and the staff are fantastic, especially Ania who taught us how to make smoothies, energy balls and facials! Can’t recommend enough!

We visit suites and villa’s by Dunas 9 may for the first time because we enjoyed in so much, we decided to come back again in August. The accommodation we have booked was full, so we were placed in the adults only section. We found it very pleasant and quiet there. Our only regret was that we were located al the way at the back of the park (cabin 351) A cabin right by the pool with garden would have been nicer, maybe next time. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

We ended up in the adults-only zone, and it was a fantastic choice! An amazing stay with great service and incredibly friendly staff who took care of everything. A big plus for their environmental consciousness—there’s no plastic waste; water is served in glass bottles, and drinks come in elegant acrylic glasses. The food was excellent and very refined; I also appreciated the lack of waste, as many dishes are ordered à la carte. All in all, a highly successful stay!
