If you are staying in this hotel I highly recommend going with the half board or all inclusive package. If you are not visiting with a car, Restaurants and supermarkets are 25 min away by walk in the heat uphill and downhill can be tricky. That being said, I was quite happy with the food in this hotel - the buffet in particular which is what you get if you choose half-board package. Each evening there was a different theme which I loved, lots of fresh fruit & salads, pizza and chips for the picky eaters and of course lots of delicious Spanish and international dishes. I recommend going to the buffet early as it can get quite full. The restaurant & hotel in general has lots of flies which was abit unhygienic. Staff are friendly and the service is fast. I loved the desserts at dinner - they don’t taste like ‘Fridge’ like in typical buffets, very yum. Please enjoy some foodie pictures x

Great hotel, very clean. The rooms are very large and well designed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was good. Particularly surprising was the pool bar food. Not a massive menu but very good food. The roof top bar was great with fantastic views. One thing to be aware if you want to walk into the village its down a very steep hill, so getting back up could be a challenge for those less able. The all inclusive drinks were good, even included brands like Smirnoff. Overall a great hotel to stay.

Hotel is located in a quiet part of the island away from mass tourism but only one our drive from the airport with excellent roads. The natural pools are located next to the Hotel and is a nice experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The receptionist was also very helpful and welcoming.However, the property feels understaffed, leading to constant queues for both food and drinks. While the breakfast buffet is good and offers a nice variety (the omelette is amazing), the lunch and evening buffets were pretty grim. The options felt like low-quality catering food. Because food is only served during strict time windows, expect a mad rush and long lines at lunchtime. On the plus side, the cocktails are very generous!The location is a bit isolated; it is a 15-minute walk to the nearest restaurants, and there is nothing else in the immediate area. I highly recommend renting a car if you plan on exploring.For the most part, the hotel is quiet. We did have an unfortunate experience for the first three nights with an English couple next door who played loud music, banged around, shouted, and openly took drugs. Once they checked out, though, the atmosphere became very peaceful.Another major highlight was the spa, which is excellent—I had an amazing massage during my stay.To round it up: this is a fine place to stay if you just need a base, but if you plan to spend a lot of time on-site and rely on the hotel for your meals, it might not be the best option.

Arrival very good, given a lot of information. Card for room power, bands to open door and all inclusive. Anything with - (Dash)in all inclusive column is included. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, choices for everyone including full English if you wanted it! Croissants, cereal, fruit, fresh honey comb pancakes the list goes on. On an evening absolutely amazing service in restaurant you sit and a server asks you what drinks you like there is a menu also you can get certain bottles of wine on all inclusive! The rose was lovely, the food is absolutely delicious lots of choices one of the best all inclusive we’ve ate in. Ordering drinks you give your room number and sign a sheet like a receipt to confirm your order - it is no issue at all. Cleaners are fantastic, room is cleaned every day and fresh towels and bedding. At the pool bar you can get snacks such as pizza, burgers, fries and ice creams. Cocktails are all lovely including an extensive drink list, lots of choices. Only down side is check out, on leaving we asked three times for a late checkout at a charge of 40euro. Each time told to come back next day. Final day unavailable as hotel was fully booked. You have to hand your all inclusive bands in at 12 noon, meaning no drinks, no food unless you pay for it. This is the first time this has ever happened to us at an all inclusive normally you can eat and drink until you depart for the airport. Management could consider an additional euro charge to guests to enjoy all inclusive until they left. We would have happily paid per person for the additional 4 hours until we were collected. Therefore didn’t leave us as pleased as we were on an evening flight, they did however kindly offer to store our cases. Overall excellent holiday, very peaceful and quiet, stunning location. We would return.
