The entertainment team was incredible!!! They put their heart and souls into the performances and entertaining the children throughout the whole day. I came with a friend without children but you can see they love what they do. The hotel downfall was really the lack of extras we got as we paid all inclusive plus and we didn’t really get anything more. Hearing guests arrived and had bottles of wine in their room, we didn’t receive anything. Food choices are amazing, cannot fault.

It was amazing I loved the entertainment that was going on and the activities they put on honestly my experience was amazing here and the action team are so interactive i swear they try their hardest to make us happy but even when they don't try to it still works from pixie =)

We stayed with family, four of us 2 adults 2 kids. It is a five out of 5 star hotel for day and evening entertainment and just in general! Food is excellent and the staff are so friendly! Only negative thing is that theres a long steep walk tothe beach and shops if your the type of person too like going on walks.

We came into the room with glass all over the room/bathroom, reported this to the reception. They sent a cleaning crew but they only cleaned partially. Still glass everywhere. Called again, again partially cleaned. Got another room for the night, went back to a "clean" room.. again still glass. Another time to the reception, saw the cleaning leaving with a room.. you guessed it. Still glass. I kindly asked to have the glass vacuumcleaned but the reception just does not care. Complains in this hotel are not being taken seriously at all. No apology just "we will sent someone to clean". Glass in your foot? Too bad for you. If you look for a hotel with clean rooms and or you want to be taken seriously, look further.. there are better options for your money
