We came here as a group of 10 for the summer holidays. The hotel was huge! It didn’t at all feel overcrowded with the amount of people. There was plenty of spaces for the kids to enjoy, and the adults alike. Adult only areas were kept peaceful The kids pools were equally as great, the staff here do an amazing job at entertaining everyone throughout the day! The food was a fantastic selection for the amount of people it hosts. Always something nice to have and we didn’t have a bad meal here. The only thing I would say is the drinks were a little on the small side. You could only order 3 drinks per person which when you have a group of 10 people is quite hard & the queue was always busy due to only having one bar in the day. The entertainment at night was standard nothing amazing but the team worked hard to make it the best they could. The animation team were very welcoming and friendly. Got everyone involved in their games & activities. Sun beds around the main pool did all get taken by 0900 but there were loads of others dotted around spare until lunchtime. So if you aren’t an early riser you’ll be fine. The hotel rooms were fine. Beds comfy and cleaned daily by cleaners who did a great job. Location was great! We enjoyed our time here! Thank you!

Location of the hotel was perfect, 20 minutes walk from beach or free bus. Food was varied and we enjoyed. Staff were excellent. Rooms were excellent. Clean, tidy well looked after hotel. Pools were great. Kids loved it. There was an area for over 18's, which we used once but was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Entertainment staff on site were brilliant for all ages, full of energy. Shows we're great fun in the evening put on by the entertainment staff and external acts. Good atmosphere for all ages. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. Good quality and value. We had a family room overlooking the beach with a balcony which had privacy and a lovely view. Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Not for the faint hearted if wanting to walk the hundreds of steps down to the local beach but taxis are available and reliable and a free bus service was put on to another beach a little further away. Good selection of food although everything is cooked in a lot of oil and butter. For someone with a severe allergy, reception gave me a slip to show staff serving food with the allergy in spanish but the food can't be guaranteed as some of the cakes come from externally. Fully inclusive we had a wide variety of food to chose from. Variety of hot and cold meats, bread, cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables. Indoor and outdoor areas to eat. Lifts aren't overly reliable and did breakdown a lot, you may have to be prepared to do stairs as it could take 2 separate lifts to get to your room or take a lot of steps. Two water slides on site and a number of pools including family and adult only. Fun but also relaxing place to stop.

Apart from lots of steps to the beach (advise to get a taxi back to hotel as its not expensive)location is great.Cant fault the hotel,its family orientated, entertainment stops at 10.30pm ,rooms are nice ,very clean,food is excellent a good selection of pools and a spa .The lifts can sometimes be a pain but didn’t stop me loving the hotel.The entertainment team are amazing as well,we enjoyed every show particularly the Grease tribute put on by resident entertainment staff.

We really loved staying at this hotel! The views are absolutely stunning and the hotel itself is beautiful. The food is the best all inclusive we have ever had, so much to choose from and always plenty there. A large selection that caters for children, fussy eaters, and people that enjoy cuisine from all around the world. It all tasted restaurant quality! Lots of drinks selections and stations around the hotel for self service. There is an ice cream and coffee station which you pay extra for if you are not all inclusive plus but it is cheap, they sell lovely ice cream and iced coffee. The room was lovely very spacious extremely clean, big beautiful balcony with a sea view (we did not pay extra for this). Room was cleaned every day. There is a big pool which is very busy, lots of activities for kids and loud music. This is good if you enjoy games, have young children or like a lively atmosphere during the day, however people do reserve sunbeds so you have to be early to get the spot you like around this area. There are more sunbeds which are by the infinity pool (pretty much right next to the main pool), which is slightly quieter but still can be noisy and lots of children (again this is good if you are a family). The infinity pool is lovely, however very busy at times throughout the day as children are also allowed in this area. If you go further down the steps there is a lovely adults area. This is what really made our experience. We went there every day of our 11 night holiday and it made the hotel 5 stars for us. There were always sunbeds/daybeds available throughout the day, there is a lovely pool with a jacuzzi and is perfect for relaxing. There is also a bar and toilets there so don’t have to walk all the way up to the main bit for this. I would say this hotel is expensive but worth it. So many amenities, and can be enjoyable for both adults in couples who enjoy quiet relaxation, and families who enjoy games and fun. Very quick and easy to get a taxi down to the main town with lots of restaurants shops and bars. About 5€ each way. Also, we had a late flight but there was no room for late check out so we were able to book a private shower room slot for 30 minutes free of charge which I thought was great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Without the quiet adult area, I think this hotel would maybe not be right for us as I like relaxation and the main pool was very busy and loud, but if you are a couple without young children or enjoy a quieter environment, the adults only part of the hotel is fantastic.
