First visit to the hotel. Arrived 21.00 checked in to be told dinner ends at 21.30 by Reception. Disappointed that they don't make a plate for you like other hotels if you're arriving late evening. Reception staff overall seem like they are not interested. No conversation,English speaking is very limited. You are provided with a card to exchange for pool towels which we thought great until they followed it by you can change them every 3 days and a €10 person deposit per towel!! WHAT???? We did have a mishap with a strawberry daiquiri and had to go to Reception like a naughty child to request a replacement. When I explained I was mortified to be asked to hold the towel up so it can be reviewed!! Luckily they agreed and gave me a new towel. If you want an iron and ironing board it costs €20 euro deposit. I was shocked that the safe in the room was included and no deposit required. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Again one day we were left without towels and had to call reception. Now the food you cannot complain. It was different everyday. Well cooked. Deserts amazing. Evening entertainment was not good. Seen better performances and singers. Pool area is loud but if you are looking for quite relaxing this hotel isn't for you. You also better like walking as there is no concierge to help you navigate your way through the various lifts you need to take before reaching your room. They provide you a map and the rest is up to you. Very unhelpful if you got kids and luggage and pushchairs to navigate as well. Our overall rating this hotel is 3 star not 4 star. Drinks during the day are mostly self service, swiping your wristband. Pool bar staff great and they will make you cocktails or if you wanted a on the shelf tipple. Would we return ... for a quick cheap getaway for some quick winter sun maybe but not for 7 night holiday were you expect a little service and pamper.

Best holiday/hotel I have ever been to on my mums life

This is my second time back to this hotel. I honestly couldn’t fault it. The entertainment team especially are outstanding. The food is great and I have a serious allergy to peanuts. All the food has allergen labels on them and are updated very well everyday. The rooms are very clean. Overall this hotel is amazing and I will definitely be back for a third time.

The animation team are absolutely fantastic! They are the kindest and most energetic people, they get everyone involved and no one is ever left out. They run the day so smoothly, ensuring there are lots of fun activities for children, juniors and adults. They are such genuine people and always bring a smile to everyone’s day. Your evening entertainment is so very appreciated, your long hours and days working and rehearsing do not go unnoticed at all! The evening entertainment programmes are incredible and you put so much hard work into your dances which pays off, you’re all so talented! We cannot thank you guys enough for all your hard work, long days, smiles and the most amazing fun entertainment. You’re all incredible!

Great hotel, lovely staff, entertainment team work very hard and are amazing !!! Food is outstanding even for the fussy eaters. Very clean and people always cleaning. Plenty of sun beds could not fault this hotel.
