This is a lovely clean hotel, with great rooms. Ours overlooked Puerto Rico beach and was well worth the added cost of a full sea view. The food is excellent quality if a little repetitive, but there are specials most evenings to keep things interesting. Staff are fantastic throughout and nothing is too much trouble. Although it’s a large AI hotel, it’s spread out so that you don’t feel on top of each other and we never had any issues getting a sun bed at anytime of the day but it may be different in the school summer holidays. We had stayed in most of the large AI hotels in this area and can honestly say this one is the best by a fair margin. I’ve rated it 5 stars because we had a great time here but if I had to be picky, there are two things I would mention. I don’t love the two tier AI, when booking AI, I expect just that. The other thing is that you don’t have a room card, you have an RFID wrist band which is great as you never lose it but you have to contort your wrist uncomfortably sometimes to scan the door sensor and also the drinks machines for the AI soft drinks or hot drinks although the beer is scan free for some reason. Book with confidence, you’ll have a great time!

Good - A lot of pools - but still not enough, pools are tiny compared to the sheer amount of people. Not allowed to use pool floats in the pool only kids ones. You can’t have floating sun loungers! Not even the small ones! - Lots of Sunbed’s - no Sunbed wars! But there’s no room to walk around them, it’s like sardines - Loads of seating for dinner, as an all inclusive + you have your own area which is basically sat with everyone but you have a rope parting you. So it’s pointless. - Lots of entertainment around the pool, but it’s the same everyday - They top up all the dishes throughout dinner services, but it’s basically the same food every day - Rooms are lovely and modern, they don’t change the bed linen throughout the week though, as a four star I would expect this. - Tv had all British programmes - Easy lay out - Heated pools - New towels and bedroom clean everyday - Entertainment Staff were approachable and nice - The ice cream selection is really good, although u do have to pay for this. 2 scoops for approx £5 - There is body wash in the showers - they serve whippy ice cream at dinner, you pour it yourself out the machine. - they have a slush puppy machine which is nice - there’s a full body mirror Bad - They really oversell it. I went in October thinking it would be more calm. I can’t imagine the carnage it must be in August! The pool is heaving - There’s not a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the doors so you get woken up about 8:30 everyday by the maid. - The infinity pool is filth. It’s completely murky. All the pools were gross. Be careful on the last step so many people fell cause you can’t see it, it was funny haha - So many pool tiles broken, I cut my toe. - They don’t treat the pools at night so it’s very dirty in there - The area around the pool is so dirty they don’t clean every day. & the Sunbed’s aren’t very clean - You have to pay 10 euros cash deposit to get a towel for the pool and for the iron - The aircon only goes as low as 22 in the rooms - The drinks selection as an all inclusive guest but not + is poor - The place that sells coffee isn’t open until 11am - The shop attached closes at 8pm - The entertainment isn’t good, boring - The kids entertainment starts the same time the dinner buffet opens, which is 18:30 which is already quite late for the kids! - There is a scannable chip on your all inclusive wrist band and you have to scan for a drink every time but the bit where you scan are put in an awkward place, so it’s hard to scan - Your only allowed 3 drinks at a time so if you are a party if 4, 2 people have to go to the bar - If you have hair extensions bring a hair dryer! - there’s no mirror where the dressing table is. Where the big mirror is, it’s far to dark to do your make up in As someone who travels to several countries per year, this is a 3 star hotel not a 4. I wouldn’t come back, but it wasn’t awful! If your here I’d recommend visiting the Barbacoa just up the hill! It’s cheap and cheerful.

Amazing time I already knew from a family member the food would be great, especially for all inclusive Only thing I'd heard on Facebook groups was the entertainment wasn't great Ignore them all... from 11am till 11 at night they were amazing Pool games Pool aerobics Pool dancing Water polo and basket They really get you involved and once your involved they will find you even if you dont fancy it... you get up and love every minute Then night time it's bingo or guess the price etc and late night entertainment is either the entertainers who are here all day who are amazing dancers... doing grease, Micheal Jackson etc (watch out for thriller as they will come from behind you) Overall, the views, beaches, food, drink, and although I thought slides looked slow... get the right technique and you go flying Wouldn't hesitate to come back Shoutout to all the #entertainers, probably all wrong with the names but siria, serue, Natalya, daniela, Netherlands Micheal Jackson, nadiya, alex, Alberto, jesus and alfonso

Second time staying here and once again did not disappoint! We stayed all inclusive. Most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in, black out curtains and no noise from outside. Room was spotless every day. Food is out of this world, ideal for non-fussy eaters. There is a gluten free section every day however we didn’t use this. The animation team made our holiday, we are a couple in our mid 20s but we like to get involved. We played darts, Olympic Games, bingo, cocktail making etc. and all were really fun. Alberto, Natalie and Sirya were the three animation staff who we became friendly with and enjoyed chatting to every day. The evening entertainment is good, personally we preferred the nights when the animation team did the acts rather than the professional shows. Aaron who was working on the bar was also brilliant, we asked for a recommendation of his favourite drink… he remembered our faces so every time we went to the bar he would give us his next recommendation without asking! The pool bar service this year was a lot slower than last year, sometimes queuing for 10+ minutes especially on an evening. Brilliant location with some of the best views I have ever seen, bars and shops only a 5 minute walk away (uphill) and there is steps that take you all the way down to Puerto Rico.

Excellent location and views from the room are wicked 👌..atmosphere was brilliant for the whole 11 days👌 highly recommend.from the entertainers were exceptional.the value is definitely worth it 👌 can’t fault it one bit
