SECRETS LANZAROTE RESORT

Our third visit to this stunning resort. The previous two visits have been 7 days standard b&b which we have always loved, this year decided to treat ourselves to 10 days preferred b&b. Our room was stunning. Amazing views over the ocean and the pool. The staff at check in always welcoming we feel like we have come home. I cannot fault this hotel whether preferred or non preferred. On the first day my partner had a problem with his back and mobility was difficult, we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive the young man on reception, think his name was Raul, was most helpful and sorted it for us. Also mention for Laura B guest services in Portofino always remembered our room number and that we liked an outside seat, staff always asking how my partner was. Also Carmen at the preferred pool bar very helpful and friendly and Eumhily at Oceana!! We will be back next year for our fourth visit, we just love the relaxed chilled vibe! All the staff are so helpful they can't do enough for you

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were respectful, polite and welcoming, which made a positive impression. The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free, allowing me to settle in without any issues. The room was lovely, with a beautiful view overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean. The overall design was exactly as expected, and the room provided a comfortable and pleasant environment to relax in. My only initial concern was the bed arrangement, as I had requested a single king-size bed rather than two single beds pushed together. I raised this with the hotel the previous day, and thankfully, the request was fulfilled the following morning. I appreciated that the hotel listened to my concern and took steps to resolve it. The overall atmosphere was refreshing and peaceful, making it a good place to unwind and escape from the usual routine. Unfortunately, the weather was not always on our side, as one day was affected by continuous, non-stop rain. Although this limited the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor facilities, it did not take away too much from the overall experience. One of the biggest highlights was the food and the selection of restaurants. All the restaurants were excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the convenience of being able to dine without needing to make reservations in advance. This made the dining experience much more relaxed, as there was no need to plan everything around booking times. Overall, Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa provided a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. The polite staff, lovely room, stunning pool and ocean views, and excellent restaurant options all contributed to a memorable stay. While the weather was disappointing for one day and the bed arrangement needed some attention initially, the latter was resolved promptly. I would certainly consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lanzarote.

Currently staying here at secrets. The first impressions are wonderful the entrance is impressive. The check in staff very helpful also. It was disappointing having to wait 3 hours till our room eas ready given we had been awake for nearly 24hrs for the journey. Nevertheless we finally got our room access. The room was spacious and well presented and quite clean. Nothing super negative to report but some bits of the room are tired and need refreshing. The balcony has random fake grass offcuts either side of the balcony which look cheap and tatty. Some floor tiles cracked and broken, ac switch very lose on wall and the tv is not level (its a good job we dont have OCD haha). The noise from the landing can be very loud and echoes due to the buildings long tiled floors etc. Also, all room doors slam very hard if not careful which you can very clearly hear. Room noise from neighbouring rooms isnt bad.. but there is some slight noise. Overall room is acceptable. Special mention to housekeeping too who work very hard and often get left off these reviews. They're great and work tirelessly so big thanks there. The spa is magnificent. They had an offer on too 60 euros per person for access to the pool and sauna etc for duration of our stay. We had a massage also each at a cost of approx 120 euros each for 70min. Melissa and April were amazing very good at what they do, the spa ought to be proud to have them as staff. Spa is a jewel in the crown of this space. However, like a lot of the hotel parts are looking tired. Where the swimming pool is, the large photo/art painting on plastic is peeling off the wall and looks a bit shoddy. The pool tiles are stained with something too? Also a few broken tiles or badly plastered/decorated walls and ceilings. Again not deal breaker bur an observation. There are a lot of little cats around the resort too of which are very friendly and sweet. It is very good to see the cats roaming around as it makes us feel back at home with our 2 cats, I hope the staff/company look after them well I will update this review as our stay continues. So far thought pretty happy!

I couldn't fault the hotel, which was just beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer. We were on the preferred club, so got to avail of all of the A La Carte restaurants and got round all of them to try each menu at no extra cost, and the food was lovely. We also tried the normal buffet and it was better than any we had ever been to also. The hotel is very clean and I would definitely recommend

Almost the perfect holiday spoiled by the reluctance of the management to provide any kind of sun protection at the padel and tennis courts. A simple request made three days running for a temporary sun umbrella next to the padel court was ignored. Annoyingly they had several 'movable' umbrellas in the area where they conducted the yoga - so they were available. At padel there was no shade whatsoever and with a group of us playing early morning and late afternoon sitting 'out' was extremely uncomfortable. A simple request that could easily have been managed was ignored.
