SECRETS LANZAROTE RESORT

Absolutely stunning Spa and a serene environment on arrival. All staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Arahí was my massage therapist and she was very skilled and had a lovely manner that added to the relaxing experience. The addition of Tibetan bowls and chimes was a very immersive experience one could close their eyes and pretend they were in Bali! I've been to five Star Spas all around the world and this was by far the nicest massage I've ever had!, I had no soreness afterwards or the next day either. The relaxation room was the only let down but I was there for the massage! The Sauna and hot tub you need the book separately. I recommend the full body Relax massage with Arahí she is is fantastic!- Aisling Griffin

While the rooms are not 5 star, everything else about this hotel was excellent. The staff and food are noteworthy. A very relaxed atmosphere as it's adults only. Preferred is worth the extra for the lunch venues, pool area and lounge.

Having just returned from Secrets, we are already missing a fantastic holiday. Everything was faultless. From the second we arrived at Secrets with a 'Welcome home!' from Lilliana, she set the standard for an incredible service and experience. The whole team who keep the resort thriving were phenomenal, and did everything (without any request!) to make the experience feel extra special, and to ensure we felt welcome and valued as guests. Within five minutes of having met Lilliana, we were also introduced to Joseba who was equally as warm, attentive, professional and kind, and instantly made the visit one we would be sure to remember for all the right reasons. The rest of this review comes with the caveat that we sadly don't know the names of all of the brilliant staff who looked after us, but there is not one single staff member of the Secrets family who can be faulted. Everyone was kind, welcoming, polite and went above and beyond to make this a fantastic holiday. The hotel has a bright, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The housekeeping was fantastic - we were in and out of our room at various hours during our stay, and yet the team always found the time to attend to our room whenever we weren't in it. The room was always kept clean and tidy, and freshened up and restocked, to facilitate a seamless stay. The activities on offer during our visit were varied, with plenty on offer in terms of classes, sports, arts and crafts, and each one we attended was led expertly by Noemi and also Charlene. With both of them we enjoyed the cocktail making and with Noemi we were guided through aerobics, riffle shooting and painting. Each class was fun, warm and led with detail but also a relaxed atmosphere. The team behind Secrets Lanzarote is what makes the whole experience truly special, on top of the cleanliness, facilities and the atmosphere. Would recommend the resort to any one and we look forward to returning!

As always Secrets never disappoints. This was our 7 visit and we will continue to return. Preferred Club is the best option for those that may have not been. Service is exceptional and the rooms are amazing. Great weather too always helps

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa! What a beautiful place to relax, unwind and enjoy a fantastic holiday. We had the Preferred Club experience, which we would highly recommend! Instead of having breakfast at the buffet, you can enjoy a lovely à la carte breakfast in a more relaxed atmosphere. There are also additional dining options throughout the day, and in the evening you can choose from several restaurants. Another great benefit is the wide selection of alcoholic drinks included in the Preferred Club package, which would otherwise come at an extra cost with the regular all-inclusive package. But what really made our holiday special were the people! A huge thank you to Zeus, Kevin and Sergio! These three amazing guys work incredibly hard, but always have time for a smile, a joke and a good laugh. They made us feel so welcome and brought so much fun to our holiday. You guys are fantastic! The hotel itself is beautiful and spacious, with stunning views and lovely, peaceful swimming pools. Although it is a large resort, it never felt overcrowded, not even in the restaurants. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The beds were very comfortable for me, although my boyfriend found them a little too firm. But that’s really a matter of personal preference! Would we recommend this hotel? Absolutely, without a doubt! We have made some wonderful memories here, and if we ever return to Lanzarote, we will definitely stay at Secrets again. And to Zeus, Kevin and Sergio: keep smiling, keep laughing and keep being yourselves. You really made a difference to our holiday!
