Bamburi Beach Hotel

All the staff at the hotel are very friendly ,polite and welcoming. Atmosphere is great, Twin bed rooms have very small size beds , rooms cleanness is good . Lighting is too bright. Very disappointed with good quality alcohol is not part of all inclusive package and no good quality wines where hotel guests can choose from .All inclusive alcohol packages is headache in a bottle. Food was not that good very basic .

Overall the staff was very nice and kind we really enjoyed our stay everyone made it very comfortable especially the front desk and the servers, I must say the food taste was not that great it needs improvement, the presentation was great The bars need a wider range of alcoholic drinks of better quality that should be affordable inclusive of full boarding.

What an amazing experience at Bamburi Beach Resort! Lorna was simply amazing, from handling our booking and reservations to helping me plan the safari trips and make the best choices for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. She took care of everything and even ensured we had packed meals for both safari trips and our journey back, always adding such a thoughtful personal touch. Then Emma noticed that our West African taste buds needed a little extra spice 🙂 and asked Chef Alphonsus (forgive me if I misspelled the name!) to make the already delicious meals a little spicier for us. Chef Alphonsus even showed me the planned menus for the days so I could make an informed choice and personally brought one to me to make sure everything was just right. I misplaced my gold jewelry in a tiny pouch on the day I arrived. The wonderful Bamburi team found it and brought it back to me, with nothing missing. I was so impressed by their honesty and care. The entire team was simply amazing. You could genuinely feel how much they enjoy what they do. I heard “Jambo!” so many times that I think I still hear it in my sleep! 😂 My husband had such an amazing 50th birthday celebration that he now has a serious challenge ahead of him when it’s time for my own 50th! 😄 Thank you, Bamburi, for the beautiful memories. ❤️ I highly recommend Bamburi Beach Resort!

It was really nice the view is amazing

The hotel is quite basic for the price we paid to stay per night the food was disappointing not up to standard and the worst was when we ordered a lunch of 2 things burger and pizza which took over 1 hour to be served order was placed at 2.15pm I was told will take like 25 minutes which then was finally served at 3.30pm 75 minutes later and no one had the courtesy to inform us as to what was happening. On Sunday night they had karaoke 🎤 right outside our room in the grounds which started at 9pm and went on till 11pm and it was extremely loud. We had paid 315usd per night so there was some expectation of food and service which was sadly not delivered. We only stayed 2 nights but not sure if will ever go back. The location is great that’s why we chose the hotel .
