We absolutely loved our stay here, from start to finish. Yes the decor in the rooms is a little dated but who cares, we only slept in there. It was very clean and room service visited every day. The staff are absolutely second to none, always so attentive and polite, they made us feel like individuals rather than just "another visitor" and that personal touch was really good considering how many come and go. The choice of food in the buffet meant there was something to suit everyone's tastes and we tried foods we have never even considered before. The facilities are great. The pool area (again spotless) was lovely and we spent as much time there as possible. There are also showers by the pool that always had hot water and changing facilities. Although not immediately on the beach, it's a 1 minute walk to the main strip which has lots going on and 10 minutes to the sea. Obviously I had read reviews before I booked...some of them not so positive but after visiting I can honestly say..."ignore the bad reviews...there's just no pleasing everyone and as a 3 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel it's absolutely wonderful" Thank you Antigoni Hotel....see you next year!

It is a very nice place and the staff is very nice it is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the food is good, varied in the evenings of various cuisines, the bartenders are very nice especially Rayhan, I will remember this hotel very nicely.

Lovely staff, nice pool, great location. That's it for the positives! Rooms dated, need to be modernised. 2 tiny lifts which constantly broke down Toilets were in the most awkward places, either a walk down some stairs in the hotel or around beneath the restaurant where you had to confront the air-con fans like some kind of Raiders of the lost ark adventure!! Food repetitive, a microwave would be a nice addition. And if you strayed away from the 'allocated eating area' with your food you would be scolded like a naughty child, I kid you not! Entertainment a big ZERO, unless you enjoy bingo which lasts for hours! Music at the bar area on a 40 minute loop you will go mad believe me! I won't be going back, there are much better options as I have also reviewed.

Location is perfect, few minutes walk to the beach and the strip. Atmospere wise its very relaxed woth Soft entertainment in evenings and some activities such as water aerobics and yoga in the day. Rooms are slightly dated, however had all amenities you need, and cleaned everyday If needed. The air con was very good and welcomed. Hotel itself very clean, staff always clearing amd cleaning table's. The staff made the experience even better, Hasan and Rayhan were amazing with our son, always smiling and offering drinks. Management always walking around and making sure everything was OK. Food was varied through the week for lunch and evening meals. Breakfast was the same but there's so much choice there was no issues. Snacks could have been more varied. No issues getting sunbeds. Would have been nice to have a toilet closer to pool area rather than downstairs in basement. Will definitely return.

We recently returned from our holiday at Cyprus. I’ve read various really negative reviews about Hotel Antigoni that seem a little harsh. It’s important to remember that this is a 3* hotel and providing you keep that in mind, you will have a great stay here. The staff are this hotel’s best asset, particularly the bar staff and the lovely guy making omelettes every morning (sorry I didn’t catch his name). Everyone greets you with a smile and we found the staff incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of the furniture but extremely clean. The beds are very comfy and additional pillows can be requested from reception if required. The air conditioning was very effective. The food was slightly repetitive at lunch times but we always found something to eat. We chose to eat out in the evenings so I couldn’t comment on the food choices at night time. The pool was lovely and sunbeds were always available. There was an issue with a pool leak during our stay but it remained open for use so didn’t impact our holiday. My only criticism with the pool is that there are a few missing/cracked tiles on the bottom that need to be fixed. The location of this hotel is fantastic for accessing the main strip and beaches. You will have a great time here if you book expecting a 3* experience. For the price we paid, we had a lovely time here and would return back in a heartbeat.
