Atlantica Aqua Blue

Skvělý hotel v klidnější lokalitě, úžasné služby. V restauraci je podáván velký výběr dobrého jídla, každý si vybere. V září jsme vždy našli lehátka u bazénu po celý den a užili jsme si skvělého pití v obou barech. Svačiny jsou výborné, mají velký výběr jídla od malých dezertů po výborný gyros. Milý a pečlivý personál od recepce po uklízeče. Ve všech prostorech bylo vždy krásně uklizeno. Pokoje jsou velmi moderní, úklid probíhá každý den. Postel je velmi pohodlná. Mimosa beach s krásnou vodou a živým mořem je od hotelu 3 minuty chůze, Green (Emerald) bay beach a Nissia beach do 10 minut po pobřeží, taktéž krásná čistá voda. V blízkosti hotelu asi 4 obchůdky, jinak se kolem hotelu nic moc nenachází. Ale hned u hotelu jsou autobusové zastávky, autobus staví všude, dostanete se jednoduše kam potřebujete. Cena 1 jízdenky 1,5 eur, celodenní 5 eur. Jediné mínus tohoto hotelu je, že jde z chodeb a venku úplně všechno slyšet. Hudba z vedlejšího hotelu i konverzace lidí z chodeb.

Byli jsme skupina 5 lidi +50. Do hotelu jsme dorazili kolem 10 hod dopoledne. Cesta z letiště trvala asi hodinu. Ubytování proběhlo v pohodě. Snídání jsme nestihli ale dole v baru u bazénu jsme dostali občerstvení. Pokoje jsou moderní, čisté, celkově skvělé, k dispozici klimatizace, lednice plná nápojů, trezor, chytrá televize, 2 USB zásuvky pro dobíjení telefonu, wi-fi, prostorná lodžie. Vše je funkční a ve výborném stavu. Pokud jde o další dny, pokoje byly uklízeny každý den nebo obden. Personál je ochotný, pečlivý, usmívavý. Zejména chceme poděkovat manažerce hotelu (paní Olga), která nám poradila a vysvětlila kam a jak se můžeme dostat a podívat se na zajímavá místa blízkosti resortu. Navštívili jsme také střešní bar 7 skies pro sushi a koktejly a bylo to úžasné. Stravy jsou pestré a chutné, během snídani je k dispozici odšťavňovač, a každý ke snídani si může udělat džus z čerstvých pomerančů. Během obědu alkoholické nápoje se objednávají u Pánů vrchních, Mr. Andreas nebo Mr. Stelios. Oba pánové vždy jsou příjemní, zdvořilí, pozorní, vtipní a pozitivní. Večeře je podobná snídaní, ale ještě pestřejší. Umístění hotelu je v klidné oblasti. Cca 300 m od hotelu je nejbližší obchod. Autobusová zastávka je naproti hotelu. Autobus jezdí do Ayia Napa každých 20 minut. Jízdenka 1,5 eura pro dospělou osobu. Nejbližší pláž Mimosa Beach je cca 250 m od hotelu. V resortu je kaskáda tři nádherných otevřených bazénů, tobogan pro děti. Celkové hodnocení dáváme 5/5. DOPORUČUJEME Z CELÉHO SRDCE!!!

A lovely holiday with some truly wonderful staff! We had a lovely holiday at Atlantica Aqua Blue Hotel, and there were a few members of staff who really made our stay extra special! Maria, who works in the spa, was absolutely wonderful and so lovely with my little girl, who absolutely adored her. Anna, also from the spa, was always smiling and happy to have a chat. We also had a wonderful massage during our stay! Gabor and David, who work at the pool bar, were fantastic. They were so friendly, chatty and great to have a conversation with. They really couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. I did notice that some guests, perhaps because they were staying all-inclusive, could be quite impolite towards staff, often expecting food and drinks without a simple please or thank you. The staff work incredibly hard, and a little kindness and appreciation go a long way! Our room was lovely and spacious, with sliding doors separating the children's room, which was great for families, and a nice balcony. The cleaners also did a fantastic job and kept our room to a really high standard throughout our stay. Reception staff were equally lovely, always welcoming and happy to help with a smile. The pools were a little cold, but we still enjoyed using them! Not many people seemed keen to get in, which actually meant we often had most of the pool to ourselves. There was the odd chilly moment, but it didn't stop us enjoying it! Areas that could be improved: Kids' club and play area: Unfortunately, this was a real disappointment for us. We were told that, as it was the end of the season and the resort was due to close in a few weeks, they weren't being given any more resources. However, I feel this area really needs some investment, both in terms of decoration and activities. It's a very small indoor space with limited resources and play opportunities. There didn't seem to be much planned outdoors either, and the activities appeared to be mainly indoor games. My children weren't keen on going in, and after visiting once to see what it was like, we didn't return. For a family hotel, I think there's definitely room for improvement here. Sunbeds: Unfortunately, the usual sunbed situation! People were leaving towels on sunbeds for hours without actually being there. I moved a few towels after a whole hour of nobody using the beds, only for the people to return another hour later and claim they had been there all along. We chose not to move, as I personally think it's incredibly inconsiderate to reserve sunbeds for hours when you're not using them. The hotel could definitely do more to manage this. Evening entertainment: This was probably our biggest disappointment. The entertainment felt quite subdued and more suited to adults looking for a quieter, more sophisticated evening. There wasn't much for children apart from a small disco and face painting in the rather dingy kids' area. For a family-friendly resort, I would have loved to see more variety and activities to keep the children entertained in the evenings as well as more engaging entertainment for adults too. Day entertainment - it would be good if the staff offered some sort of water volleyball in the pool or have some inflatable for kids for a hour each day just needed that something extra. The surrounding area: One of the highlights was exploring the local coves and beaches. Paradise Beach Cove was absolutely stunning and, when we visited, there was hardly anyone there. It was fantastic for snorkelling, with loads of fish to see! Definitely worth a visit if you're staying at the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely holiday, and the wonderful staff really made a difference to our experience. Maria, Anna, Gabor and David deserve a special mention for their friendliness and kindness. The room was excellent, housekeeping was brilliant, and reception staff were always helpful. With some improvements to the children's facilities and evening entertainment, I think this hotel could offer an even better experience for families. There were plenty of positives, but a few areas that could definitely be improved.`

What an absolutely fantastic experience, Without a doubt, the best massage I’ve ever had. I went in suffering from a really painful back and came out feeling like a new man, years younger and completely pain free. My therapist, Giancarlo, was absolutely brilliant. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and clearly someone who really knows what he’s doing. He knew exactly where to focus and worked wonders on my back. The difference afterwards was honestly unbelievable. I can’t praise him enough. A genuinely first class experience from start to finish, and worth every penny. If you’re staying at the Atlantica Aqua Blue, I would highly recommend treating yourself to a massage at the Aegeo Spa, especially with Giancarlo. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to go back. A massive thank you, Giancarlo. You’re a credit to the spa!

Very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful, the facilities are super, both for families and for couples alike. Definitely worth a visit!
