We arrived home today after 11 nights at this hotel and can honestly say we couldn’t have been happier. We booked it quite last minute and weren’t really sure what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The hotel is a great size – small enough to feel relaxed and never overcrowded, but with everything you need. Everywhere was spotless and the food was really good for an all-inclusive, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. I also had one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time in the Italian restaurant – cooked perfectly and a real highlight of the holiday. What really sets this hotel apart though is the people. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and always seemed genuinely pleased to see you. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It was also really nice to see the management team and even the chef regularly walking around the hotel, chatting to guests and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. You don’t see that very often and it says a lot about how the hotel is run. A special mention has to go to Pembay, our housekeeper, who kept our room immaculate every day. Daniel in the restaurant was brilliant – always smiling, happy to help and he really made a fuss of our boys, taking the time to chat with them every day. It was those little personal touches that made such a difference. We’d also like to mention the waiter in the lobby bar and one of the guys at the pool bar, who had my husband’s coffee ready every morning before he’d even asked and always had the biggest smile on his face. Sorry we didn’t get your names, but you both made our holiday that little bit better. The location was perfect for us too. It’s in a nice quiet area, but close enough to Ayia Napa if you want the nightlife, and it’s an ideal base for exploring some of the beautiful beaches around the area. A big thank you to everyone who made our holiday so enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. We’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely room with private pool! Magnificent view that makes your soul rest ! Big pools and great variety of food and breakfast .you cannot avoid gain weight! friendly staff at the restaurant my son was on a special diet for health reasons and they were very helpful! The staff at the reception and especially Andri were very polite and attentive to all our needs Also special favor for me the girl at the bar made me Greek coffee! will definitely revisit this hotel in the near future

We stayed at this hotel from July 23-30th and were very happy with our stay - in fact already thinking about a return! Hotel The hotel and staff are lovely, always helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel give you a map of where things are and times for food drinks and snacks but it's not very big so easy to get around and get to wherever you need. I actually discovered a lot of info via hotel FB group which I recommend you join (don't think it's affiliated). There are cats around the hotel, my son loved them but o know some people don't. There are a few cats just outside of the hotel on the beach side that my son enjoyed feeding (as did many other guests!) Room & pool We stayed in room 5010 and it was perfect - great location. Close enough to the pool, bar and restaurant at but away from noise. We had a family swim up for us and our two children and we are really glad we upgraded to swim up, we spent all of our time in our pool and I only used the main pool once. Our housekeeper was great - super helpful and rooms were always kept spotless. The air con on the room was so good, always reliable and some relief from the scorching weather outside! Plugs in the rooms are uk so no adaptors needed for us, also had a usb port. Our flight was a late one but we were able to extend out room for a few hours to make the most of the day which was a godsend. Gym We used the Gym once, we had intentions to use it more but just never got round to it! It was small but 1 of each machine and a good selection of weights and mats for exercise/stretching. They provided and water. The gym does have a shower but it's not great because there is nowhere to hook your towel or clothes. If you put the on the floor they will get wet. Some hooks would be useful for towels and clothes Spa/towels I didn't use the spa but this is where you get the pool towels too - €10 cash deposit per towel. We had our own so didn't bother. Food & Drinks The food was great, lots to choose from and each night they had a theme, Cyprus, Italian, oriental, BBQ, Mexican etc. Mexican night was by far my favourite. There was always loads to choose from, when we were there we had kebab, rotisserie chicken, stirfry, steaks, roast leg of lamb, fajitas, lamb kleftoko, a huge range of salads and desserts. I could always find something nice to eat. Breakfast was also great, pancakes, eggs how you want them, an array of breads, meats, cheeses, salads, cereals, pastries etc. really was lots of food. I enjoyed the drinks I had, I thought the cocktails were great - I particular enjoyed the frozen margaritas and also the mojitos. The daily Iced lattes were also faves. My children loved the non alcoholic cocktails and slushies. The pool bar was great for snacks and my kids made the most of this! Burgers, hotdogs, pizzas, wraps and salads. A La Carte We went to the Italian whilst we were there, which we enjoyed - I had the garlic bread for starter, pasta Alfredo for main and baked Alaska for desert - all were wonderful. Location The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible to Ayia Napa town or nissi beach by foot but if you wanted to take the buses which run very frequent for €2 each way. Whilst here we went to Fig tree bay in Protarus which had a wonderful beach - we highly recommend you take a visit although go early to nab a sunbed. Nissi beach is beautiful But busy but we went to sandy bay beach which is a short walk from the hotel and not very busy and nice too. We also went to the outside sculpture park which was lovely. Also went to the bridge of love which had spectacular views. Overall Overall the holiday was great. Had a wonderful time. The weather was 32-35 most days which was very hot but we spent most of the day in the pool which was just lovely and refreshing. We loved the holiday and hope to return next year!

First time staying in this hotel. Was around a 15/20 min walk from the main bars, restaurants and strip so nice and quiet however easily accessible if you want to experience more of the nightlife. There are plenty of shops round the corner from the hotels also if needed. If you want a sandy beach around a 10 minute walk? Highly recommend heading to Nissi beach. We hired a car to explore and was around a 6 minute drive from the hotel. Room was lovely and cleaned really well everyday with a nice view overlooking the pool. The cleaners are very friendly too! Couldn’t fault the staff. All the bar staff really friendly and made the drinks well. The staff in the restaurant always smiling and greeting you and ensuring everywhere is clean. The food was great. A variety of food each day and always something which you enjoy. The snack bar round the pool was also ideal if you wanted a light bite throughout the day. Plenty of sunbeds and not hard to get one. We went out a few days and came back around lunchtime and could easily still get one with plenty spare. The ones round the pool do go early by around 9am though. Sone entertainment throughout the day and evening. Acro aerobics on every morning and then water polo and other small activities during the day. We ventured out most evenings for a small period so didn’t see the evening entertainment however had a nice singer on one evening which we enjoyed from our balcony. Atmosphere was nice some days seemed busier than others depending on transfers I believe. Started to get busier towards the end of the holiday especially in the pool however plenty of room to hop in and have a little swim to cool down. Really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. Would recommend staying here ☺️

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days with our teenage son. We have holidayed in Cyprus for years, even married there 18 years ago! This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in around the Ayia Napa / Nissi beach area. The location is great for both areas. Rooms are very spacious and clean, the housekeeping lady is so friendly! Food and drinks were very nice, we never got bored of the food in the restaurant and the snack bar was great, chicken Caesar salad was delicious. We preferred having sunbeds on the grassed area as this was a quieter area away from the pool with a lovely breeze coming from the sea. We never had any issues getting the sunbeds. The bar staff were extremely friendly and polite, and a real credit to the hotel. As we had a late checkout, it was handy to book a 30 minute slot in the “spare room” for a shower. We would definitely return here. Thank you to all staff for a wonderful stay ☺️
