TUI BLUE Atlantica Sungarden Park

Just returned home after a two week stay at the sungarden park. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, a special mention to Byjay , the barman in the lounge bar, he was always smiling and overall an excellent member of staff. The housekeeping staff did a great job , especially Martha who took care of our room. Food was great for AI and the Italian night was superb. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We were upgraded to a family swim up room on arrival. The rooms and all communal areas are spotlessly clean. The sun beds are in good condition with lots of parasols also. The staff are the main bonus to this hotel , they are all so friendly, kind and hard working. The food was of a decent standard and we could always find something we liked to eat but was a bit samey. The all inclusive cocktails were really nice. We were disappointed that the table tennis table was out of action and it left little for our teenagers to do, maybe a second pool table would be good also. However they did enjoy using the gym.

Location of this hotel is fantastic. We stayed in a swim up family room for four people and it was a lovely clean room with everything we needed. The staff at this hotel are really wonderful especially the wonderful lady who cleaned our room each day - the staff at the bar are excellent and everyone works so hard. We stayed here in October half term so it was much quieter than in the summer. We had a lovely swim up one bed family room which was fantastic but the beds was quite uncomfortable. The food at this hotel was okay - the staff in the main restaurant are all excellent but the food is quite much the same most days!… we did eat out four times in the week we stayed but had lunch and breakfast at the main restaurant. The main pool area was very quite and had lots of sun beds available for everyone to enjoy - we didn’t use this pool because we used the swim up pool which was lovely and clean but very very cold. I think this is a very nice hotel in a lovely area.
