Her guest-oriented approach, hands-on leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction make a remarkable difference. What impressed me most was her ability to combine professional management with a warm, personal, and welcoming attitude. She genuinely cares about the guest experience, pays attention to even the smallest details, and consistently demonstrates a proactive approach to ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her dedication goes far beyond simply managing a hotel. She creates an atmosphere where guests feel valued, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed. We had 2 water villas- 1 with pool & sunrise view ( grandparents )2 bedroom- great for children’s naps & the other next door - 2 bedrooms no pool - infant & 2 year old. Everything you needed. Amazing bath towels. Perfect fun in water slide/main pool after breakfast back for naps while adults enjoyed the villa pool& swimming/snorkelling in lagoon. Just the best - so many fish. After nap children joined in. They loved it. Food was excellent - didn’t the Thai restaurant. Sailhouse yummy buffet & Acqua - Italian Staff professional, welcoming & friendly- love children. Highly recommend for family holidays.

We have spent nine days at Centara Mirage Lagoon and have really enjoyed our stay. As a family of four, we have been very pleased with the resort, the food, the pools, the beach and, most of all, the friendly and helpful staff. Everything has been very well organised while still feeling relaxed and welcoming. We have met many lovely people during our stay. Zameen, from the buffet restaurant, was always very kind and attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our holiday. Around the pool and bar area, Nazmul was another person who really stood out to us. He always seemed to notice what we needed without us having to ask. Whether it was a sunbed, towels, drinks or something for the kids, he was there and always happy to help. He was also very kind with our children and would make them fun drinks, which they loved. A special thank you to Nazmul. One small moment really touched us. Our children had lost some seashells they had collected and were quite sad about it. Nazmul overheard us talking about it, and the next day he came back with a handful of seashells for them. It was such a simple gesture, but it made the kids very happy. A big thank you also to Jewel, who took such good care of our room, 226, right by the beach. Coming back to a clean and beautifully looked-after room every day really made a difference. We also have to mention the lifeguards. As seasoned travellers who have stayed at resorts around the world, we can honestly say they are some of the best we have experienced. They were always attentive, professional and clearly took their responsibility very seriously. With two children, having that level of care around the pools and water gave us great peace of mind. We would also like to thank the restaurant manager from the buffet restaurant, who was always very welcoming and attentive. We had the pleasure of meeting the resort manager one evening while walking around the resort. It was only a brief conversation, but he was very friendly and approachable, and it was nice to see that same warmth from the management as well. Thank you to everyone at Centara Mirage Lagoon for making our stay so enjoyable. We are leaving with some very good memories and would definitely come back.

Lovely resort with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were modern and clean. Loved the pool Villa and waterslides. Food was delicious at the buffet and also the Italian restaurant Acqua. Located 40minute speed boat ride from the airport.

Perfect location, lovely hospitality, would love to come back. Perfect place to wind down
