Kandima

A dream week at Kandima! The staff were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The water is beautiful and crystal clear, and we were very lucky with the weather for the month of May. The sports activities were fantastic, and the coach was excellent as well. Our overwater villa was absolutely stunning — in our opinion, one of the most beautiful villas in the Maldives. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be lunch. The buffet is good, but nothing exceptional. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Kandima team for making our holiday so special! We will definitely remember this week for a long time. 🌴☀️

Everything was ok but I won’t return to this resort because of the food. We took the full board package and paid more money to eat at the 2 main restaurant Flavor and Zest. The breakfast is ok but the lunch and dinner was very disappointing at Flavor restaurant. The food didn’t taste that good and they kept repeating the dishes which means they are just serving leftovers. The exact same dish and the exact same pathetic taste we were offered throughout the stay. We really were eating because we are hungry and had no choice. We didn’t enjoy any bit the food. Even the dessert looks good but taste was disappointing.

We returned to Kandima Maldives after 4 years to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday and our 20th wedding anniversary in July and it was an incredibly special and memorable stay. Kandima Maldives is a beautiful resort offering the perfect combination of stunning beaches, crystal-clear water, delicious food, and plenty of activities. The island has a fun, modern atmosphere, making it ideal for both relaxing and enjoying an active holiday. A special thank you to Marga, who made sure we had the same room as during our previous stay. Her communication was amazing throughout, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was arranged perfectly. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The accommodation was stylish, comfortable, and well designed, with beautiful views and a relaxing island feel. A very special mention must also go to Inash, who looked after us throughout our stay. He went above and beyond, even arranging a complimentary upgrade to the best room on the island for our daughter’s 18th birthday. This thoughtful gesture made her birthday truly unforgettable, and we are incredibly grateful. We would also like to say a big thank you to Ivan, who looked after us at all the restaurants. He took great care of us and made sure that every time we came for lunch or dinner, we were offered a wonderful variety of Indian food. His attention to detail and warm service made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Jonathan was also equally attentive and made sure we were always looked after. A special mention must also go to Garsim, such a lovely and caring person. When my husband injured his foot, Garsim immediately made sure he contacted the medical team. Even afterwards, he always asked how my husband was feeling and continued to show genuine concern. Every time we met him, we had wonderful conversations, and his kindness made a lasting impression on us. We also had a photoshoot during our stay, and Zaan was truly amazing. We had a photoshoot during our previous visit and loved the photos so much that we knew we had to have another one this time. The new photos were just as beautiful as our previous ones, and Zaan made the whole experience enjoyable, relaxed, and memorable. We are delighted with the beautiful memories he captured for us. A special thank you also goes to Sandeep at the bar, who was always smiling and somehow always knew exactly which drinks we wanted. His friendly service and warm personality made our evenings even more enjoyable, and he truly helped make our stay memorable. The resort offers an excellent range of activities, including water sports, snorkelling, fitness, sports, and entertainment. The dining options are also impressive, with plenty of variety to suit every taste. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. Whether you are looking for a peaceful beach holiday or an active getaway, Kandima has something for everyone. Overall, our second visit was even more memorable than the first. Thank you to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday and our anniversary so special. We highly recommend Kandima Maldives and look forward to returning again!

Amazing atmosphere, peaceful, relaxing, with very polite and helpful staff, always ready to help and entertain...lots of activities for children (e-karting 500m, bowling, escape room, VR, snorkeling, paddleboard, scuba lessons, etc), besides the heavily view, whote sand, turquoise ocean, colorful corals and playful baby sharks😍 Kandima Resort has it all...for all ages and all types...our stay was a blast! Highly recommended!

We would especially like to thank Kalu from the housekeeping team for his excellent work throughout our stay. Kalu was always kind, attentive and professional, and he kept our room perfectly clean and comfortable every day. His warm attitude and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience.
