Mercure St. Julian´s Malta

It was an amazing experience and all the staff was amazing and also luiz in the rooftop pool did amazing job by serving us and was a good experience at Malta 🇲🇹 for the very first time and everyone enjoyed it and themselves highly recommend this hotel and the stay rooms were also clean and tidy. Food was amazing good little get away definitely will come stay here again.

We stayed here for the last three nights at the end of our trip at the north west of the island - loved our room with balcony and view over spinola bay - enjoyed having all the restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Lovely roof deck & lounging pool - great for sunset drinks. All the staff are so lovely- they made our stay really special and went the extra mile. Also enjoyed breakfast. Will definitely come again. A truly outstanding stay from beginning to end. Our suite was beautiful, with an amazing view, and the service was simply impeccable. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we were delighted with a complimentary room upgrade, along with a bottle of wine, biscuits, and nuts waiting for us. Such a thoughtful and generous surprise! Everything exceeded our expectations. We have no words to express how grateful we are for the wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly and helpful from the start, allowing us to check in early at 1:30pm as opposed to 3pm. They were also flexible in my request of swapping a queen bed for two singles. Room was serviced comprehensively each day and the aircon was effective during extreme heat. The breakfast was above average, with the freshly squeezed orange juice machine the personal highlight. The bacon and sausages did not look nice, however I didn't try them and I'm sure they were more than adequate for many people, and there were plenty of other options. Personally wasn't a massive fan of the rooftop pool, with the lack of space and sun loungers, meaning you had to get there early or wait until later in the day to secure a lounger. The location of the hotel is great, a short walk from restaurants, shops, clubs, bars, bus stops, and beaches. There was a lot of construction going on in the vicinity but it did not affect my sleep or relaxation. In conclusion, I would rate my experience with Mercure St Julian's as 5-star, and will remember it fondly.
