Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially considering it was supposed to be a five-star establishment. The dining facilities did not meet expectations. The plates were not properly washed, and many of them had broken corners. The food was tasteless and of poor quality. During my five-night stay, I chose not to eat for three of those nights. Additionally, the staff had inconsistent rules. On the first day, the dining staff informed us that there would be no charge for small children, yet we were still charged for them. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this place again.

I just spent 10 days in the hyatt place taghazout hotel and everything was great, whether it was food, rooms or service... Besides, I wanted to adress a special comment to the animation team from Ringo animation composed by Abdou, Hamza, Imane, Siham and Dina, who was very kind, attentive and respectful as a whole, they really made this holiday better and I'm thankful to them (surprisingly good at pétanque too).

The hotel staff were terrible; the employees at the snack bar treated us very rudely. On Friday, August 28, 2026—due to service issues and the cancellation of our return flight to England—the company sent someone to handle the situation, yet that employee treated my children and me with extreme harshness. Even when the supervisor asked him why he was behaving that way, he showed no remorse for his conduct toward us. The entire experience—from the staff's attitude and lack of professionalism to the way we were treated after 5:00 PM—was truly awful. Although the manager, the employee (Chef Mustafa), and another colleague offered no apology, I documented the incident in a video that I intend to send to the company, as they caused my children and me genuine terror.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay and greatly appreciated the excellent service from the team. As regular guests at this hotel, we always enjoy coming back, and this visit was no exception. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the service remained great throughout our stay. Special thanks to Samira from housekeeping for her consistent, well-timed service that made our stay comfortable. We also appreciate Marwane and all reception staff for their warm welcome, Miloud for his support, and Nadia at the breakfast buffet for her kindness each morning. The kids’ activities were a highlight, with caring staff ensuring everyone had fun and felt included. We also thank all other team members whose names we may have missed. Overall, the staff were professional and welcoming, and we would happily recommend the hotel and return.

We were amazed with the hospitality, staff were all super friendly and caring. They made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel layout is amazing and relaxing, the suite was super spacious, clean with super spacious terrace and amazing view from over the mountain on the Atlantic. The beach shuttle was super punctual. The beach was very nice and adequately staffed.
