Hotel je průměrný. Zejména servis a obsluha jsou na velmi průměrné úrovni. Na pláži a u bazénu soustavně chybí ručníky. Pokoje staré. Působí na ně prostředí slané vody. Vše ze dřeva vespod plesnivé nebo bez barvy a laku. Personál se snaží být usluzny ale je pomalý. Někteří číšníci si nic nepamatuji. Máte štěstí když dostanete co jste objednali. All inclusive uspokojí se. Za nezaplacené služby zaplatíte předražené peníze. Místo u stolu na pláži 200 USD. Zejména denní servis na pláži je priserny. Obsluha skoro neexistuje. Hotel absolutně neodpovídá 5*. Animační programy ubohé nebo nulové. Rozhodně zde platí že za vysoké příplatky zajistí co požadujete. Čekáte li předražený průměr, pak může být. S Lux Belle Mare kde jsem byl 2024 se to nedá vůbec srovnat.

Vše co slibovaly letáky a webové stránky bylo pravda. Navíc hned jak jsme se zabydleli nás recepční provedla celým areálem hotelového komplexu a vysvětlila kde co najdeme a jak to funguje, takže jsme nemuseli tápat a bloudit. Po celou dobu jsme se cítili příjemně a nic nám nechybělo. Kromě krásného prostředí a naprosto skvělého jídla jsme ocenili vstřícnost veškerého personálu (číšníci, recepční, beach boys, pokojské...) , který vždy se vším ochotně pomohl a ještě se u toho mile usmíval. A když přičtu ty výhledy na moře prakticky odkudkoliv, tak jedním slovem paráda.

Jsem tady teprve první den, a zatím opravdu super milý personal, je tady hned několik restauraci v komplexu.Na obědě jsme byli v italské a opravdu to bylo velice příjemné super jídlo a neskutečné výhledy na moře. Pokoj máme v posledním patře s neskutečným výhledem.

Hotel je udržovaný čistý měli jsme možnost vyzkoušet několik tipů ubytování musíme uznat že LUX si zaslouží.Na hotelu jsme měli svatbu a koordinátorka Sandrin se skvělá ochotná vše zařízeno jak mělo perfektní květiny nádherné jak svatební kytice tak výzdoba..večeře na pláži super.Řešení problémů klienta je na prvním místě (pan ředitel velmi ochotný)jsou schopni zařídit mnoho služeb(výlety,osobní řidič atd) i přání klientů.číšníci a servírky jsou milí a ochotní(omlouvám se za možná nepřesně napsaná jména ..)číšník Selven výborný usměvavý přátelský prostě Pan číšník... servírky Sweety a Nina usměvavá zlatíčka a nejen ti až na pár vyjímej všichni skvělí....dále baristé usměvaví ochotní nosiči zavazadel milí ochotní.a komorníci na vile super ochotní mílí..jediné co mi mrzelo byl oceán pláže super ale hned u břehu na všech plážích bahýnko mazlavé fuj.ale jinak jídlo pití zmrzlina káva božský.jednoduše řečeno super super..

We had such an amazing stay at LUX* Grand Gaube, and what really made it memorable were the people. Everyone was warm, friendly, thoughtful and genuinely kind. The resort really does feel like paradise, especially the walk towards check-in. You cannot help but be drawn towards the ocean in front of you. The resort is beautifully decorated complimenting the Islands’ own natural serene tropical beauty. We booked the Junior suite on what we named ‘The Cresent’. Giany, it takes a particular kind of manager to make guests feel so genuinely welcome and heard, and this was honestly one of the best examples ever experienced. We really appreciated the way you and your team made sure our special anniversary was beautifully looked after. We also really enjoyed our impromptu conversations whenever bumping into you around the resort. Those genuine honest moments added a very personal touch to our stay and it was always a pleasure to come across you during our walks. Giany, a personal and special thanks from my wife for the most beautiful velvety red roses. We will always remember the moment staff walked into our room with them, we were genuinely blown away. Thank you! Thank you for arranging our anniversary meal at INTI, it was a real highlight, memorable for all the right reasons and a special thanks to Pedro and Yasser for making it so personal and more than just dinner. The Ceviche was exquisite and perfectly prepared. The food and choice at the Palm restaurant was of such amazing quality, fresh and plentiful, and we especially enjoyed the Indian station, and the amazing selection of deserts. My wife who is usually indifferent to the delights of a chicken tikka, ended up having them almost every night, if that isn't a testament to the chef's skill, I don't know what is. Her only regret was not asking for the recipe! Thank you so much Singh, for making the most delicious Keema for us on request and for your colleague (sorry I didn’t get his name) for making fresh tandoori naans on demand. Our evenings post indulgence consisted of a very pleasant walk around the resort and relaxing on our porch listening to the chirping of most beautiful birds and the sounds of the crashing of waves creating a complete sense of tranquillity. If we had one small suggestion is that the beautiful oversized porch chairs deserve footstools. After all, when you are sitting in paradise, your feet deserve a holiday too. We also want to thank the beach team, especially Liam for the strawberry mocktails, his generosity and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and Reedo for looking after us so well and carving out the heart on the beach on the morning of our anniversary. We must learn to jump higher and in tandem before our next visit. Thank you to The Palm restaurant team especially Jason who seemed to have made it his mission to make sure we were okay, also Sophie, Sandiven, Noorani, Alia, Ranjeeta, Sita and Rishi. We promise Chef, to return to taste your Biryani, such a lovely gesture to try and make it for lunch on the day of our departure. Thanks also to Sunny and the housekeeping team for whom nothing was too much trouble, the special messages on the bed and beautiful towel swans really put a smile on our faces. Henna, your handmade ice-creams were a treat, including the vermicelli pudding! We had dinner at Bodrum Blue, the food was delicious, especially the Meze and the chicken, significantly better than what we experienced in Istanbul! Staff were so attentive, thank you Durgesh. We cannot end this review without a very special mention to the Café LUX* team; Tisha for our daily ritual of collecting four empty cups for our self-made tea to enjoy on the beach. Looking back, we suspect we may have been solely responsible for a noticeable portion of the resort's cup budget during our two-week stay! The resort really had a way of making time slow down, allowing you to simply enjoy the moment. In fact, if it wasn’t for the metal plaque at the entrance telling us the day of the week, we would have completely lost track of time, which is probably the greatest compliment we can give the resort and all those who make it so special. The beauty of the resort is clearly not accidental. Credit to the gardening team for keeping the grounds looking exceptional throughout our stay. A special mention to Gobin, whose friendly morning greeting seemed to reflect the pride the team takes in maintaining such beautiful surroundings. Thank you to everyone who helped make our anniversary holiday feel personal, relaxed and full of lovely memories. One thing we hadn't fully appreciated before arriving was just how much there is to do, with activities ranging from paddleboarding and tennis, padel to yoga, a gym with instructor and wellness masterclasses, meaning there really is something for everyone. So be sure to pack your kit. The Island itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our trips outside of the resort also, so make sure you have enough time to explore both. Thank you Yusra and the meet and greet team for such a lovely goodbye and keeping us hydrated on our day trips. If you’re wondering whether to go, our advice is simple, go! Picture the ocean, imagine the sounds of the waves, exceptional food and service and you’ll understand why we can’t wait to return. Thank you to the whole team and hope to see you all again soon.
