Bahia Principe Escape Tequila

It is a very nice place, room brand new,the whole place was so clean, convenient location. Tequila is a really party 🎉, my wife and I enjoy so much. The Director Nicolas wants the best and he is very friendly. Entreteiment was fantastic, the manager Gregori went above and beyond.Food was really good and very tasty. We went to several restaurants and we enjoyed. We visited AKUMAL and met with Lorena Acosta , she was so helpful. I will recommend to everyone

My experience this year is very different that past years. I’m disappointed in the changes I experienced after being a customer for over 8 years. I was a black member, used the link to move to World of Hyatt but the transfer didn’t go and I didn’t know until it was “ too late”. Companies can fix anything they want with an override but myself and many others experience the loss of our status. The status you offered for one year is terrible. So I didn’t fight to get it fixed…I’ll stay disappointment in that area. I will say however that a few people have made this stay better than it started and deserve recognition: bartender at Tequila, Enrique, drivers, Rafael y Albi, front desk Sian Khan, Bryan, Enrique, Erik, entertainment , Gregorio, Raul y Fabian, dancers at Tequila Divorce Party , Nicte at Tequila pool bar, and others who have been gracious! I’m severely upset that Bahia Principe has sold so much over to Hyatt, US BUSINESSES ADD ALL THE WRONG THINGS TO THIS EXPERIENCE. I get that money has to be made but this has been poorly done and I wish a better situation had occurred for Bahia. The changes likely won’t have the best effect. I love the Bahia Principe family but eliminating the welcome song and the send off song are terrible changes! That made it fun! I’ve one hears the welcome song by one entertainment team. I’m praying that things don’t become over Americanized be because I will not continue to come if that’s the case. Thank you for the excellent years and I hope to come again in the future.

The food at The Smoke was amazing. Delicious and great wait staff was great! The chef came out to greet us as well as the manager. Totally recommend

Smoked was absolutely amazing! We're from Texas and we would put this up against Texas BBQ restaurants. It was great!!!👍

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Awesome experience. Highly recommend this activity. Chef Elisua and Carlos were amazing. The food and the drinks were paired perfectly 👌.
