I ten prostor moc krásný, výsoký strop, velká skla. To bylo úžásné! Lokalita v pohodě, kousek od centra! Hotel má bar v posledním patře s výhledem, to má taky velké kouzlo. Ještě mě zaujaly výtahy, naťukáš patro a hned ti ukáže, který ze 6 možných výtahů přijede! To jsem viděl poprvé, skvěle to odsýpalo! Hotel nabízí i parking, že maximálně zaplatíte 100 zlotých. Tento hotel - výborná, luxusní volba.

1 star. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, especially as a family travelling with two young children. Our child accidentally stained a curtain and part of the carpet in the room. We did not try to hide anything. On the contrary, we voluntarily informed the hotel ourselves at check-out and clearly stated from the beginning that we were ready to pay for the actual, reasonable and documented cost of cleaning or damage. What happened afterwards was shocking. When we returned to collect our belongings, the Duty Manager refused to release them unless we paid or blocked 12,000 PLN. At first, I was not even properly informed of the amount or given a detailed calculation. When I asked for time to translate and understand what was being said, the manager simply walked away and continued communicating with me in an extremely rude and confrontational manner. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, he escalated it: ultimatums, “you have 15 minutes”, threats to call the police, and refusal to have a normal discussion. The hotel eventually claimed that the 12,000 PLN estimate included complete replacement of the carpet, curtains and bed linen, as well as charging for the room being allegedly unavailable for future guests. At that point, no professional cleaning had even been attempted and we were not shown an itemised invoice, independent assessment or documentation proving that all of these items were beyond cleaning or repair. The only written statement we received said that 12,000 PLN was merely a preliminary estimate and that the final settlement would be calculated later after a final damage report. Despite this, our personal belongings were effectively being used as leverage until money was secured. We were travelling with two children. We came to the hotel ourselves, admitted what had happened ourselves, and repeatedly said that we were willing to compensate legitimate damage. We expected a professional conversation and a transparent invoice — not to be treated as if we were criminals. The police were called, which made an already unnecessary confrontation even more stressful for our family. Eventually, we paid the requested 12,000 PLN and left. I want to be very clear: I am not disputing responsibility for the staining. If my family damages something, I expect to pay the real cost of restoring it. What I strongly object to is the way this situation was handled: the lack of transparency, the aggressive communication, the ultimatum, the withholding of our belongings and demanding a very large preliminary amount before a proper final assessment had even been produced. I expect Crowne Plaza management to provide a complete, itemised and documented final calculation and to refund any part of the 12,000 PLN that is not supported by actual costs. For an international hotel brand, the way our family was treated was completely unacceptable.
