Hotel Atol & SPA

Nice hotel with an generous breakfast buffé. Classy rooms with an balcony without any enjoyable view. I do not recommend spa treatments at the hotel, they offer you a whole lot better service and knowledge down town. Not the best location however the cab rides are very cheap.

we booked this hotel on a promotion rate 100,00 pln per night with no breakfast. For this price this hotel is cool. They have a nice swimming pool and the rooms are good standard. If you are thinking of an elegent hotel this is not the choice. The front desk was not to happy that we booked a promotional rate and they have even mentioned this trying to charge us extra for using the pool and sauna which was a bit funny for me. It ended that we did not have to pay but the lady told us that next time please book at normal price. Anyway if we see on the net next time a promotion rate we will book because for this price it is worth . Regadles of this the staff was nice and we had a good trip

Vieles sieht schon recht alt und abgegriffen aus, z.B. Türdrücker WC-Spültasten usw. Der Speisesaal ist recht klein und daher sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist weitestgehend ok, aber nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich. Die Parkgebühren von 17.50€ pro Tag für Hotelgäste fand ich auch schon sehr happig. Zwei Kaffeautomaten für ca. 50 Sitzplätze, da kann man öfters lange warten bis man dran kommt. Das Abendessen war zwischen lauwarm und kalt. Wenn man das, niemals lächelde, Personal darauf angesprochen hat, ist auch nicht passiert. Ab 07:00 morgens beginnt die Reinigung der Flure, wird dann schon etwas laut. Der Saunabereich besteht aus drei kleinen Saunen, von denen eine ausser Betrieb ist, und zwei hintereinander liegenden Duschen, mehr nicht. An der Tafel mit den Wasserwerten des Pool und Wirpools änderte sich in 7 Tagen nur das Datum. Die Waserwerte waren bis auf zwei Nachkommastellen immer gleich, das ist recht unwarscheinlich. Wir sind nicht zimperlich oder sonderlich verwöhnt, aber das war bisher das schlechteste Hotel in den wir waren. Also für uns nie wieder.
