Hotel Zalewski

As part of our family road trip through Poland, we spent several wonderful days at Hotel ZALEWSKI**** in Mrzeżyno. The hotel enjoys an excellent location right next to the beach, separated only by a beautiful coastal forest, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. We particularly appreciated the modern design and the generous amount of space. Our room had a balcony with a sea view, which was lovely, although the view was unfortunately somewhat obstructed. One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its gastronomy. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The dishes were prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and offered excellent variety. The buffet menu changed daily, which made every meal a pleasant experience and ensured that the dining experience never became repetitive. Truly outstanding! Another highlight is the hotel's aquapark, featuring water slides and swimming pools for children and adults of all ages. It is a fantastic attraction, especially on rainy days when spending time on the beach is not an option. The sauna area is also excellent and highly recommended. We additionally booked massages during our stay and were very impressed with the quality of the treatments. Special recognition goes to Romain, who provided a first-class massage experience. On the downside, the hotel would benefit from some refreshing in the near future. We are not referring to a complete renovation, but rather cosmetic improvements such as repainting walls, replacing some of the mattresses, which are no longer in the best condition, and updating certain bathroom elements. The property has great potential, and these enhancements would further improve the guest experience. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment during our stay was the housekeeping service, or rather the lack of it. In most cases, room service seemed to be limited to replacing towels. Only after raising the issue with the reception desk were the bathrooms cleaned to a reasonable standard. Although we visited towards the end of the season, proper room cleaning should remain a priority regardless of occupancy levels. Overall, Hotel ZALEWSKI**** is a very good family hotel with an excellent location, fantastic wellness facilities, a great aquapark, and truly exceptional food. With improved housekeeping standards and some minor refurbishment, it could easily become an outstanding seaside destination. This was by far our biggest hotel disappointment of 2026. We paid nearly **PLN 10,000** for a four-night stay as a family of five, and the standard was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Our room was poorly cleaned – we found an empty vodka bottle between the mattresses, ants appeared after the first night, the bathroom extractor fan was broken and extremely noisy, and despite requesting housekeeping every day, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. The hotel looks much older than its actual age, the finish quality is poor, the elevators malfunction, and the room doesn't even have proper ceiling lighting. The food was mediocre, with very limited choice during the last hour of breakfast and dinner, and the children's menu was little more than fries and chicken nuggets. We were also served chipped drinking glasses on several occasions. The playroom is tiny, and the only real highlight is the water park, which is open to the public anyway. Unfortunately, we also encountered a serious safety issue there – an unstable slide in the toddlers' area hit our daughter in the foot while she was playing. To make matters worse, we were charged extra for a baby cot and even for bathrobes, which is hard to accept considering the price we paid. We left feeling that nearly PLN 10,000 had been completely wasted, and if you're visiting Mrzeżyno, I'd recommend staying elsewhere and simply buying a ticket to the water park.

The best hotel in Mrzeżyno, I cannot understand the low rate it has here, because some people didn't like the aquapark and wrote a bad opinion . The hotel is situated next to the beach and is well equipped and organized . We use to visit it every year since it opened in 2020. The standard of the stylish and modernly furnished hotel rooms is unique and highly recommended. Zalewski has also a very good cook and thus the breakfasts and other meals offered are excellent. Lot of self made, fresh and diversified dishes, baked pastry and breads.
