Resort Krol Plaza Spa & Wellness

This is not a 5-star hotel as it is being claimed on the website. Limited parking and hard to find. Overcrowded - we prepaid breakfast and dinner but had to stand in a long line to get breakfast because the hotel does not have enough tables to accommodate all guests. It was frustrating to have to waste an extra 1/2 hour waiting for breakfast while on vacation. Food was average. Only 1 coffee machine was operational so more waiting in line… downstairs pool is dungy (dark etc.) and upstairs only allows adults. Shower pressure was terrible and when I mentioned this to the receptionist she said that it was because everyone is taking showers at this time of day. However, the pressure was always bad. Half of gym equipment does not work and is not accessible until 8am. We paid for a 3 person room, but there was no towel or bed sheets available for our son so we had to deal with reception. Overall, the experience was somewhat unpleasant because we had to keep asking for things we paid for or they were not readily available. We left one day early as we could not put up with the time waste and bad service.

We have been in this place for 8 nights and have much to say about it. First impression is fine located near to beach, with a pool inside. But when you look into details a lot of wrongdoings catch your eye. Room - we had a big room with a separate sleeping room and a main room with kitchen. We gave to our children the sleeping room and stayed in a main room. The bed there is not convenient and is hard to sleep there. On the top you hear all the water flushing from rooms located above. The room and bathroom is dirty! There is a lot of mold and mildew in the shower area - it looks poor and wasted. There is nothing in the kitchen not even a spoon or pork or knife! The service is very poor - if you request a cleaning you can count on insufficient vacuuming and change of towels. The process takes around 3-5 minutes. Eating - it’s terrible although there is a lot to choose of. IMHO THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS IS POOR AND/OR WRONGLY COMPOSED / PREPARED (including raw meet). There is a lot of shortages of cutleries or glasses. if you are lucky to get something, there is a high risk it will be simple dirty! On the top of that the service is not keen on keeping clean the tables. All of us get diarrhea after eating there. To sum up this not a five star place it is rather poor with many things to catch up. If you have to stay there do not book food there.

One ⭐️ is way to much already!!!long story short, thay are stealing your Mony and actually don't care about you as a custumer. Ee orderes two rooms and where palced in the old building in wich they Also serve food in the season. Unfortunatley they dont clean nothing, after the seasen ended, so in our "lobby" where multiple chafing dishes with mold🤢🧫. Juice dispenser with old juice in it. The smell was horrible 🤮 In the main pool was an edge of dirt that you could make dance with the movement of your feet. All way around. To top it all you had the management sitting in the hotel lobby (off course the main building, perhaps they should try to sit in the in the dilapidated one) with their understimulated barking dog! If you Are watining for drinks and they Come along, you Are worth nothing, its not like you Are paying their paycheck. The best experience was that we paid double for the "massage" we got. If it had been good i actually didnt mind paying twince, but relaxing with construction work where they where drilling in the walls right next to us, did just not happen. At some point we jumped bacuse we were so startled. We emailed the hotel we paid twice. After a looooong back and forth they actually did admit we paid twice, we would get our money back in 14 workdays. Of course imaginary because that didn't happen 💸 bye 100€. So if you Are staying here, i am glad to tell you: i told you so ✌️

A really good hotel in a great location. Very friendly and service minded staff, the pool area and salt room is really nice, all meals was included, and the meals was really well prepared and tasty, the whole impression of the hotel is very good, it's clean and modern and very classy, can highly recommend this hotel to both couples and families with children.

Clean rooms. But housekeeping didn't show up second day. Mixed service: Sometimes great and sometimes cold and on the verge of rude. Very few vegetarian/vegan options even though such were requested. Nice staff in the spa.
