Good and bad points: Large, quiet and clean rooms Excellent in-house ski service ✔️ Helpful reception staff Proximity to town centre & the lifts (bus stops right outside the hotel) Large pool and very adequate sauna & steam room facilities Bad: Hotel is extremely dated in decor, particularly the bedrooms. Dinner reminded me of school meals, very disappointed. (Breakfast was better) Very rude tall waiter (15/3, evening service) Restaurant closing far too early Very rude bar lady (31/3, evening service) I almost got the impression, that guests were an inconvenience to the staff in some areas. In contrast Reception were very diffetent, answering queries, clarifying directions, helping organise lift passes etc. The holiday was very reasonable in price and this is likely reflected in the quality of food & very basic accommodation. This hotel with some investment, could be so much better, but do try & sort your surly staff out. They need to not actively offend guests and I am aware, that this was the experience, of other guests at the same time.

Good value hotel overlooking a park a few mins walk from town centre with about 300 rooms in slightly dated style but super clean & warm throughout with helpful well motivated staff. It has 2 separate buffet style dining areas with allocated tables and a lovely large bar/lounge area with open fire, this has regular live music and the bar prices are reasonable (wine about £5 glass) afternoon cakes are served here for free every day around 4pm. Good breakfast choice 7-10am with eggs bacon fruit yoghurts pastries pancakes etc, dinner 6.30-8.30pm had salad starter, soups, 3 mains, 2 desserts & ice creams. The large thermally heated pool pool was lovely and the sauna area (nude) looked well kept and had a comfy relaxation lounge on one side where robes could be worn. With in house ski hire and ski bus stop outside with very regular service to lifts (takes about 10 mins) its a good winter sports choice and I would recommend for the price paid with Crystal ski.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were nearly all friendly and hard working, and it has some good facilities including a pool and (nude, mixed gender) sauna. The restaurant is buffet style, which was varied with a good choice and cooked with care, although the vegetarian options weren't always great. The hotel is opposite a bus stop to the Bad Hofgastein and Angertal slopes, and less than 10 minute walk to the centre of town. It's about 15-20 minute walk in ski boots to the bad hofgastein slopes, via a well marked path by the river. It's also opposite a popular cross country ski field and you can rent out equipment. Most nights there is a low key musical act or DJ in the bar. It also has a wellness centre with massage treatments and a salt cave. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Décor-wise it's a little bit outdated, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot, and dinner guests effectively have to have finished eating and leave the restaurant by 20:30 which is quite early. These were my only gripes.

What a great hotel! Booked a part of our all inclusive ski holiday from the UK. Positives - * Great location - a 10 min walk from the town * Ski shop - Onsite, with storage and drying racks too * Ski bus stop - Literally right outside the hotel * Buffet meals - A great selection at every meal * Bedroom with balcony - Great size bedroom with plenty of storage. Powerful shower with lots of hot water * Cleanliness - Everywhere was very clean * Swimming pool, (naked) sauna and treatment rooms - All onsite * Friendly staff throughout * Lift - to all floors Negatives - * Drinks package encouraged, but was cheaper for us to do ‘pay as you go’ instead * Twin bedroom - was a double bed with 2 single duvets. Absolutely fine for my daughter and I but I wouldn’t want to have those rooms with a work colleague! * Dated - The hotel decor was a little dated but we still loved the whole place. Overall we loved this hotel, and after visiting during ski season, are now considering returning in the summer too!

Hotel in posizione abbastanza centrale, con un bel parco davanti all'hotel con tanto di laghetto con anatre, a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro, all'interno dell'hotel le camere sono pulite e spaziose, con un ottimo servizio di pulizie camera giornaliero. La colazione e la cena sono a buffet, abbondanti e molto buone,ogni giorno avevamo un menù diverso di 6 portate con selezione di insalata e mix di dolci che cambiavano ogni giorno . All'interno dell'hotel si trova anche un centro benessere, una piscina e una piccola vasca idromassaggio, il solarium esterno e un parco giochi per bambini . Noi ci siamo trovati come a casa.
