Gasthof Cafe Zillertal

Příjemný hotel a personál, pokoje čisté, pěkné, světlé s balkonem, vkusně zařízené. Snídaně klasické dostačující, teplá i studená kuchyně, čaj, káva, džus. Večeře velmi chutné dobrý výběr, chválím salátový bar. Něco bylo trošku slanější :-) Okolí nádherné, dostupný obchod nedaleko i příjemná hospůdka Knapp s česky hovořící slečnou z obsluhy. Možnost dojet vlakem do přilehlých městeček na nákup (my navštívili Mayrhofen). Skibus staví před hotelem a odveze Vás do Hochzillertalu, krásného lyžařského střediska.

We were part of a bus tour for Cristmas 2025 with 2 other coaches there at the same time. The hotel struggled to cope with food which we felt was not up to expectations. My husband and I are not fussy eaters but were left unimpressed with the meals. Our room was warm but the matresses were so hard our thighs hurt and like many others we used our duvets as matress toppers. The towels were like things left over from the cold war, thin, small and incredibly harsh and strangly brownish. The safe in the room was unuseable as it was locked open and there was never anyone in reception to give any assistance. I am never happy when giving a poor review but our feelings were mirrored by most of our fellow travellers.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel over Christmas as part of a Leger holiday. We had a great time. It was a white Christmas and snowed on Christmas Eve. The rooms were great, very large and comfortable. We had a room at the back with a view of the mountains. It was friendly,traditional hotel. Food was good, portions could have been bigger. The setting and views make this a friendly, comfortable place to stay. We visited Innsbruck which was about 40 minutes away.
