Beautiful hotel, great food, stunning beach club. The service was fantastic. Hostess Christina Apostolou was excellent in particular. We will 100% be back. Highly recommended

I had a truly wonderful experience at VincciEverEden spa, and I especially want to thank Oxana for her exceptional care and professionalism. I travel extensively and make a point of visiting spas wherever I go, so I have plenty of experience to compare—and Oxana genuinely stands out. She is highly skilled, attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. I felt completely comfortable and very well cared for throughout my visit. The entire team was welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily return and can confidently recommend both the spa and Oxana. Absolutely excellent service!

We stayed at EverEden as a large family group and booked 7 rooms, paying around €1,000 per room per night. At this price, we expected a true luxury hotel and exceptional service. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. A few days after booking, the hotel prices dropped significantly, but the hotel refused to offer any adjustment. Upon arrival, we were required to pay everything upfront. When we asked to split the payment between several cards, the receptionist made multiple mistakes, charged the wrong cards and blocked their limits, forcing us to use other cards. The rooms are pleasant but very basic and definitely not what we expected for €1,000 per night. Breakfast was another disappointment. Despite paying a significant amount for breakfast, coffee was not included. We were also told to find seating ourselves, as the hotel had not prepared for our large group. The worst incident happened on our first night. A receptionist stopped us in front of other guests and threatened to lock our rooms because she claimed we had not paid for all of them. We explained that we had paid everything and asked to resolve it in the morning because the children were exhausted. She refused. Eventually, it turned out that she had made a mistake and we had actually paid everything — without even an apology. The sushi restaurant took around 1.5 hours to serve our food, and the orders for our group of 16 were mixed together on shared plates. Housekeeping was also very poor: we had to request cleaning, and even then the bins were not emptied. The bar was closed the next day, and when we ordered Wolt because there was no food available, we were told outside food was not allowed. We also discovered at checkout that the small bottles of water in the rooms cost around €3 each, something that was not clearly communicated. Overall, the biggest issue was the poor service and lack of attention to guests. This is a pleasant, basic resort, but in our opinion it is nowhere near a €1,000-per-night luxury hotel. It feels much closer to a €100-per-night hotel. Unfortunately, this was our first and last stay at EverEden. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price.
