I had an absolutely amazing experience with Maria. Her deep tissue massage was phenomenal and I highly recommend her to anyone visiting. It's truly a must-have experience.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and great access to the beach, which you can reach via the tunnel underneath the highway. The staff are also lovely and always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have great storage, which was a real plus. The bed itself is comfortable, but unfortunately, the pillows were not. We didn’t sleep particularly well during our week-long stay because of them. I did ask for different pillows, but unfortunately, they weren’t much better. The blackout blinds also aren’t really blackout, which didn’t help with getting a good night’s sleep. If you’re staying in Block 2 on Level 2, be aware that you can hear the entertainment from your room, so it can get quite noisy in the evenings. Unfortunately, we were also staying at the same time as a wedding party, and there was quite a lot of noise when they returned late at night. You can hear absolutely everything through the walls, which was quite disruptive, especially when trying to sleep. The sushi restaurant was probably the highlight for us and, in our opinion, the best restaurant on site. The only real disappointment was the buffet. Both breakfast and dinner were quite underwhelming, especially considering that these are the only dining options included with the half-board package. We expected a little more variety and better quality from the food.it was really great at all. The minibar is never replenished unless you specifically request it, which I found quite annoying. In my experience, it should be replenished daily without having to ask. Another thing worth mentioning is that the kids’ club only runs at weekends. I’m not sure whether this is because we visited in September, when the hotel may be coming towards the end of the season, but it was disappointing not to have this facility available during the week.

I highly recommend Maria for a massage! I had a deep tissue treatment with her and it was absolutely amazing. You can immediately feel her level of expertise—she’s a physical therapist with 15 years of experience, and she carefully worked on every single part of my body. I walked out feeling completely renewed. If you're staying at the hotel, don't miss out on a treatment with her. Recommended with all my heart!
