Vincci Evereden

We stayed at Vincci EverEden as a couple for our wedding anniversary and had a genuinely fantastic experience from beginning to end. A wonderful surprise when we arrived was being given a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a sea view for our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture and immediately made the stay feel special. Waking up to views across the Saronic Gulf was a pretty memorable way to start each day. The service throughout the resort was excellent. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful wherever we went, and there was a real sense that everything was being well looked after. The resort itself has loads of space, which we really liked. There are plenty of outdoor areas to sit with a drink, several bars and restaurant spaces, swimming pools and lots of places where you can find somewhere quieter rather than feeling everyone is concentrated into one area. The official facilities include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, gym, spa, sauna and Turkish bath, so there is plenty to do even if you decide not to leave the resort for the day. The beach access is another huge positive. Being able to go straight from the resort to the beach makes the whole place feel like a proper escape. The beach area is well set up for guests, and recent visitors have similarly praised the facilities and comfortable beach setup. We also really enjoyed the evening buffet. There was a very good selection each night, with enough variety that it never felt repetitive, and the quality was consistently high. The hotel describes the Seasons buffet as offering both local and international dishes, which matched our experience. Recent guests have also specifically commented on the variety of both the breakfast and dinner buffets. Another pleasant surprise was the price of additional drinks. Resort hotels can sometimes charge a significant premium once you are there, but we found the drinks very reasonably priced, which meant you could comfortably sit outside with a drink in the evening without feeling you were being overcharged simply because you were staying on site. The location also worked really well for us. It feels far enough away from Athens to properly relax, while still being very accessible. The hotel states that Athens International Airport is around 35 minutes away by car, which was roughly our experience and makes it a very convenient option if you want a resort holiday without a long transfer at either end. For us, though, what really made the stay was the combination of everything. The sea views, beach, pools, food, outdoor spaces and facilities were excellent, but the anniversary upgrade and the way we were treated made it feel genuinely personal. A beautiful resort, excellent facilities, very good food and genuinely impressive service. Thank you to the team at Vincci EverEden for helping make our wedding anniversary such a memorable one. We stayed at your hotel for seven nights and, unfortunately, were overall disappointed. The dinner buffet was almost the same every day, with very little variety. In addition, some of the food was only lukewarm and did not taste very good. At times, some dishes did not appear to be completely fresh. We raised these concerns with the hotel management. However, we were surprised by the response we received. We were advised to go to another restaurant and eat pizza instead. We expected a more professional and customer-oriented reaction from a hotel manager. The hotel also presents challenges for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. Although there is an elevator connecting the lower level to the restaurant, it had been out of service for several days during our stay. In the spa area, the hammam was also out of order. Furthermore, the floor was wet and slippery, creating a potential safety hazard for guests. On one evening, the terrace next to the bar, where hotel guests normally relax and enjoy their drinks, was closed and reserved exclusively for a group of young people attending a workshop. As paying hotel guests, we felt excluded and inconvenienced. In addition, I discovered that I paid significantly more for my room than other guests, despite booking directly through your website. This was very disappointing, as direct bookings are usually expected to offer the best value and service. Finally, when we checked out, nobody asked us about our experience or requested any feedback. We were not even given a friendly farewell. We found this behavior unusual and not in line with the level of hospitality

I struggle to understand why this hotel receives some poor reviews. My husband and I had an exceptional stay here We received a lovely welcome from the efficient, very friendly receptionist & to our delight were informed we’d been upgraded to a parabolic sea- view suite. The room was perfect. Staff incredibly helpful & courteous. Japanese restaurant excellent. The waiters were brilliant and the food fantastic. Pool by Japanese restaurant just idyllic. So relaxing. Beach was beautiful. Super comfortable Bali type beds, free of charge. Beach restaurant fantastic. Delicious food and wonderful service. We had massages on the beach (not provided by hotel) from a lovely Chinese couple - amazing & super value Breakfast was so very good and the view incredible.. Beautiful hotel, stunning beach, scrumptious food and the friendliest staff. Thank you for an amazing stay! We’ll definitely be back!
