I genuinely cannot say enough good things about our stay. I have never experienced a concierge team as attentive, responsive, and efficient as this one. Every single request was handled almost immediately, with such professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. They were always available, incredibly timely, and went above and beyond in every possible way to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. The rooms were also fantastic — extremely spacious, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything throughout the hotel was taken care of to such a high standard. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The concierge team made us feel completely looked after from beginning to end, and their level of attention is something I rarely come across, even at luxury hotels. An exceptional experience all around, and a hotel I would happily recommend and return to. 10/10!

Great service and exceptionally clean, comfortable rooms. Maria and the entire team were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had everything we needed.
