I love to thank everyone in the Rock Club from Managers to the Employees, for there excellent service, the hotel is very clean, the Employees is professionals, friendly ,kindly ,helpfully, polite, thank you for lovely hospitality.

I have excellent experience in the Rock Hotel , really they treat you , the special one in the Hotel, they welcome you with two Drinks on your arrival, the customer service team brilliant, the staff all over the hotel is really excellent. The Cleaning they can do with 3to 4 times a day if you want. Oh my God don’t forget the sweet they got on the table as soon as you arrive in the lobby. The employees Maria,Aggelos from roof top and Dimitris from reception are professional, kind , helpful, friendly, caring, kind, thank you for everything you done to make us comfortable, they available 24 hours a day if you need them, Really I forgot the view when you sit and eat it’s like paradise,

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about our stay. I have never experienced a concierge team as attentive, responsive, and efficient as this one. Every single request was handled almost immediately, with such professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. They were always available, incredibly timely, and went above and beyond in every possible way to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. The rooms were also fantastic — extremely spacious, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything throughout the hotel was taken care of to such a high standard. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The concierge team made us feel completely looked after from beginning to end, and their level of attention is something I rarely come across, even at luxury hotels. An exceptional experience all around, and a hotel I would happily recommend and return to. 10/10!

Great service and exceptionally clean, comfortable rooms. Maria and the entire team were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable and ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!
