We arrived at the hotel without any health complaints or medical problems. On the day we arrived, I ordered and ate a steak burger from the menu by the pool. A few hours later, I experienced severe food poisoning. After intense vomiting, I developed a fever and suffered from diarrhea accompanied by severe stomach and intestinal pain. At first, I attributed my condition to the fatigue of the journey. However, three days later, my wife ate the same burger and experienced similar symptoms of food poisoning. We were forced to go to the hospital by ambulance. When I informed the hotel manager about what had happened and told him that the hotel kitchen should be inspected, she insisted that the problem was not related to the hotel and did not carry out any inspection of the kitchen. She also showed no concern for us while my wife was suffering from severe vomiting. When we asked the hotel to arrange a doctor, we were told that there was no doctor available at the hotel and that no doctor could come to the hotel either. We were simply told that we could go to a hospital or medical center by ambulance. The cleanliness of both our room and the common areas was also unacceptable. In particular, there were areas in the toilet and bathroom where mold had already started to develop. When the room was not ventilated, there was a strong and unpleasant smell. There were also corners of the furniture that had clearly not been dusted. This is definitely not a hotel that gives you a sense of cleanliness. If housekeeping knocks on your door and you happen to be in the room, they do not come back later to clean it. Because of the effects of the illness we experienced, we had to spend the entire week eating only boiled pasta, toast with cheese, yogurt, and bananas in an attempt to recover our stomachs and intestines. This was despite the fact that we had paid twice the normal price for an all-inclusive stay. On top of that, we had another unpleasant experience with the poolside service staff. Despite explaining our situation three times and clearly stating that we only wanted a toast containing cheese, we were served a toast containing many ingredients that we could not eat while we were sick. We had to send the toast back twice in a row and ask for a new one. Even then, we still could not get the toast we had requested. When we showed our frustration to the restaurant staff, the staff member became aggressive and physically approached us in a threatening manner. Based on our experience, we believe this hotel deserves none of the positive reviews it has received, apart from the fact that it is located near a beautiful beach and sea. We paid twice the normal price for an all-inclusive stay at this hotel, expecting a level of service that would justify what we paid. Instead, we did not receive the service we paid for, we became seriously ill, and our holiday was spent in stress and tension rather than relaxation.

Dear, I'm writing you about our stay in your hotel. We are very disappointed about everything that happened. My parents room was a disaster, from the start until the end. The lock on the door was broken, and you have been fixing for whole 2 days, one night my parents stayed locked outside the room, because you do not have a spare key, and they sleep at another room with clothes that they have at the restaurant in the city, where we have dinner and without any medication for them (for high pressure, heart etc). Only Stela from the reception was perfect, everything else was bad. You give us discount of 80 euro of the total amount of 1700 euro, for the trouble that we have whole 3 days, that we do not wanted, and it is very underestimating and offensive for us. I'm working in the same business for over 15 years, in hotel with 220 rooms, and i have been in over 100 hotels, but your hotel is the worse. I will strongly recommended to everyone, never to visit your hotel. Kliment Verush

The hotel is run down and old. Its also in middle of nowhere. Room is smelly( carpets) and very basic. Breakfast is OK.

I had a 9-night paid stay at this hotel. I chose it based on the presentation, number of stars, etc. Unfortunately, not everything written about it is true. The rooms are outdated, with old furniture, old air conditioning system, through common pipes, which made an infernal noise and smelled, fogged curtains, old and dirty carpet, old bathroom, with bathtub and shower curtain, antique hair dryer, bathroom window without handle, large terrace, with side view of the sea, but dirty. You couldn't walk barefoot either in the room or on the terrace. In 9 nights they never changed the linen and changed the towels twice, even though I tipped the maid on the first day. I bought hygiene product and disinfected the bathroom, toilet and sink. They have a beach, which is not arranged and is full of garbage. The road to this beach is filthy, full of garbage and abandoned buildings. For the beach we went elsewhere where we paid minimal consumption. The pool and pool terrace are impeccable. Parking on an empty lot, near the hotel or on the street, in the vicinity. Breakfast, buffet, modest and the same in all 9 days. For those who want a 4-star hotel, I do not recommend it. Maximum 2 stars.

I was there last summer, it was ok. This year big disappointment, on the beach the same mess, completely unsupported but the big surprise was: without sunbeds and umbrellas! Any! If you chose to go there be with well equipment. Something else - single beds are very small, good for children but not for adults. The very good thing was the restaurant, this year better choice, fresh and tasty food.
