Koia All-Suite Wellbeing Resort

This is a wonderful hotel. The sea views are uninterrupted, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is a stylish and comfortable resort with an emphasis on Hippocratic health and sustainability. We made the most of all of the free activities. The morning exercise/wake up classes with Georgia were a great way to start the day. The garden and tea tasting tours were very informative and interesting. We really enjoyed the spa and couldn’t resist another massage on our final morning. Rooms are very comfortable and make the most of the excellent views. The staff are so friendly and kind. A special shout out to Alex who works hard to make sure that everyone feels welcome. Simply bliss. I really hope to return again in the future.

There are things money can buy, and then there are things that make a place truly unforgettable. What made our stay in Kos so special wasn’t simply the beautiful setting or the comfort, but something much harder to find: genuine kindness, warmth and hospitality. A special thank you to Armanda, Alex, Dimitri, Marcos, Marina, Maria and Paolo. These are the names we remember, but our gratitude goes to the entire team including all those whose names we may have forgotten, but whose kindness we certainly haven’t. Each of you, in your own way, made us feel welcomed, cared for and, above all, at home. Not because it was your job, but because your kindness always felt sincere. Beautiful hotels can be found in many places. Beautiful people are much rarer. We arrived as guests and left with wonderful memories of the people we met. Thank you for reminding us that the greatest luxury is something that simply cannot be bought. ❤️

We are currently still on our holiday and despite some things being really good, we are experiencing a few house keeping issues, The room with a private pool and Seaview is amazing. We are staying bed and breakfast and there is plenty of choice and we chose to eat in the restaurant one night and it was amazing, top quality, very tasty. The staff in the bar and restaurant are very friendly and helpful, my cocktail was homegrown! Made from locally grown lemons and tyme. The issue's we have are- House keeping us 8am to 3pm, we are the last room on the list and our room is getting cleaned at 2.50pm ,with 2 people ,its rushed. The outside area near the pool wasn't clean when we arrived and despite asking 3 times over 2 days finally got done, but has not been mopped again since or swept ,-is this not done as standard ? On Sunday they finished cleaning and didn't refill the toilet roll or replace bath towels,or face cloths , we rang just after 3pm ,reception said they would send some, by 5pm still nothing, so another phone call. Each day we are asking for pool towels ,they were in the wardrobe when we arrived but we're not told how to get fresh, however we have just taken the buggy ride back to our room and asked the guy for fresh pool towels as we had been down.to.the thermal springs and ours were wet, I asked if this is what we do every day, he said, no that house keeping should be leaving them in our room, again we've had nothing all week. The fan in our room was squeaking so bad we turned it off as we were unable to sleep , we spoke to reception and this has now been fixed. It also states there is house keeping from 6pm until 10pm ? Is this a turn.down service? We haven't had it ,be nice to come back to the room that has had towels replaced and rubbish taken away. We are staying in.room 512, we would like to speak to.the manager or supervisor today if they read this as we can't get in touch with anyone.. We would recommend this hotel for the relaxing and quiet aspect but house keeping needs sorting.

Our stay at Koia Wellbeing Resort in Kos was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sea that made every moment feel relaxing and special. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite with a private pool, which was luxurious, spacious, and the perfect place to unwind. The memory foam bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us some of the best night's sleep we've had on holiday. The food was delicious throughout our stay, with a fantastic variety of choices at every meal. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, there was always something fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. One of the things we loved most about Koia Wellbeing Resort was the incredible sense of peace and tranquillity. It was the perfect place to completely switch off and recharge. Instead of traffic or crowds, all you could hear were the gentle sounds of crickets and cicadas during the day and evening, along with the soothing waves lapping against the shore. Combined with the stunning sea views, it created an atmosphere that was truly calming and restorative—exactly what we were looking for in a wellbeing retreat. The resort is also in a great location, just a short taxi ride from the charming Kos Old Town, making it easy to explore the harbour, shops, and restaurants. One thing worth noting is that getting a taxi back from the Old Town can be difficult during busy periods, as there is only one main taxi rank and queues can be quite long. We'd definitely recommend booking your return taxi in advance to avoid any delays and make the most of your evening. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service. A very special thank you to Alex, Hippocrates, and Dionesis (aka Dennis), who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference, and they are a real credit to the resort. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and would highly recommend Koia Wellbeing Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway in Kos. We can't wait to return!
