Great location, we were upgraded as soon as we got to the hotel to a jacuzzi sea view room. And it was spectacular. Rooms are spotless. Beds are huge and comfy. Staff are incredibly friendly. Rooms can get a little noisy at times. But nothing you can’t handle. We went bed and breakfast. The options were good. Repetitive at times but that’s breakfast. Good quality food.

Wow, an amazing place. We had an awful coach transfer to the hotel but we quickly forgot that experience once we stepped inside the reception area. Maria was very welcoming and checked us in. This was followed by a short tour and we were taken to our suite. It was lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. It was definitely more than we expected. A large sitting room, a nice bathroom and a very large bedroom. Two separate doors to the large balcony, which looked over towards the sea. The hotel grounds were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with so much more choice than a standard hotel buffet. All of the staff were very friendly. Tonia our housekeeper did a great job every day. Stefanos in the restaurant / bar area was always chatty and took the trouble to remember our names. We never ate in the restaurant at night because of the amazing restaurants in the village but it always looked great quality. The pool areas were great too. Never struggled to get a sunbed, even after breakfast at 10am. We are already looking at booking next year. Thank you Galaxy, we'll see you again soon.

Spent 2 weeks there, it's a very welcoming place. The staff are great and the atmosphere relaxing. Rooms are spacious and cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast is varied and plentiful.

What can I say? This is truly an exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with the concierge taking care of our luggage and a thoughtful welcome of Prosecco and sweet treats awaiting us in our room. Our private pool was a real highlight of our stay, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting that felt like our own little paradise. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and excellent attention to detail throughout. The buffet offered a superb variety of fresh, delicious food, ensuring there was something to suit every taste. A special thank you goes to all of the staff, particularly the housekeeping team, whose hard work and dedication helped make our stay so enjoyable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Although the hotel is not adults-only, it has a wonderfully calm and relaxing atmosphere that often feels as though it is, which we personally loved. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Combined with the charm of the surrounding village, it offers an unforgettable holiday experience. We will certainly be returning

My wife and I stayed here in July. The pictures of the hotel on various websites enticed us to book initially and the feedback we read after booking really did elevate our expectations before we arrived. Wow... this hotel delivered!! The hotel is stunning and spotlessly clean throughout and you can't help but smile as you walk through for the first time. We booked a suite with a hot tub, which was a really spacious room with a large terrace with loungers and umbrella, table & chairs and the hot tub. In the room, there were two wardrobes and plenty of hangers, robes, slippers, steamer, coffee machine, safe and refrigerator. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. The pool areas have very comfortable sun loungers and have very inviting pools. All areas of the hotel were quiet and you get a real sense of relaxation. The food in the hotel continues the high standards, buffet breakfast had a lot of really good varieties of food that was always fresh. The coffee selection was good also, but we opted for the iced latte most mornings. The food at lunch was excellent quality too! The location of the hotel is great too, a very short walk to the centre of Koutouloufari, where there are lots of restaurants and cocktail bars. The staff at this hotel are genuinely the icing on the cake... they are fantastic... always friendly, always smiling and they can't do enough for you!! They have helped me with my Greek throughout and I would urge people to learn little bits of Greek, it goes a long way!! I highlighted a number of staff as I was leaving, but the team here are brilliant and will help make your holiday!! A massive thank you to everyone at Galaxy Suites... we will be returning!!
