Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort

A very nice place to have a holiday. Good buffet in the morning as well in the evening. Very friendly staff. Hotelroom with all you need...and the hotel is located in a cosy village.

We arrived at the hotel late (Midnight) as we had a delay coming in, the reception staff was lovely she showed us around, explained everything and also had food, bread, cakes, water and wine put in our room as we had missed dinner. Our room was amazing we had everything we could need and there was no expense spared on the décor, we had a hot tub room. Our room was cleaned to the highest standard every day and the fridge and coffee machine replenished with anything that was missing. the bed, towels and pool towels was also changed as needed, the toiletries in the room were luxury also to a high standard. We had breakfast and evening meal. When we arrived at breakfast we was greeted by the most welcoming man Stephenos, he was an amazing host and a credit to the hotel, he asked our names and addressed us every morning with our names and remembering our coffee order, all of the staff are amazing we could not fault any of them. They are very smiley and accommodating, ensuring you have the best time. The cleaners work incredibly hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and having the best and relaxing time. The food was plentiful and there was so much choice at breakfast and evening meal. The kitchen staff were constantly checking food was available and when it was getting low were repeatedly replenishing it. The hotel was central to Koutouloufari village and there was so much to see and do, it was a very magical village and very traditional, with lots of tavernas and bars.

We had a wonderful stay here in a suite with sea view. The jacuzzi on the terrace was heaven. The whole resort is very tastefully designed. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was great. The staff at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. The best! Furthermore the small streets around the hotel are so cozy with many nice cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

We are currently staying in this hotel on a short 5 night break with 3 nights remaining. First impressions - the hotel is immaculately clean and very peaceful. The staff are wonderful too, nothing is too much trouble. We are in room 45 (junior suite) and we are really disappointed with the size of the room, and the balcony, which is so small it’s unusable. I tried to squeeze past the table to hang my costume on the line, and clicked my clothes on the wall. We love to sit on the balcony and have drinks, so this is a big disappointment for us. We did asked at reception on first day whether we could move to a room with a useable balcony but was told it would be an extra 50 euros per night. The wardrobe is also tiny and had about 4 hangers for two people. They sent more hangers once we asked. My husband is currently living out of his suitcase on the floor. There is little room for this. On a more positive note, the breakfast is good, the village is so pretty with lots of lovely tavernas, gift shops & bars. Such a shame that the room size lets it down as others seemed to comment on spacious rooms! I don’t usually complain but a balcony which can’t be used is a game changer for us.

Brilliant location, very laid back atmosphere. We had a suite with a private pool absolutely stunning with great views. Very large rooms with lots of storage space and plenty of mirrors. Every member of staff are fantastic at services, be it the pool man, the serving staff, the cleaning staff nothing is too much trouble Overall 5 stars is too low It was our wedding anniversary and they made it extra special.
