This is a very Instagram worthy hotel and the overall setting is lovely. The sunbed challenges are less of an issue although we never managed to sit around the main pool. There is still towel = ownership mentality of a lot of guests, not all, but a majority. The hotel attempts to manage this is the morning but not noticeably during the day. We spent most of our time at the Activity pool (which is lovely), the beach less so due to wind and choppy seas. Restaurants on the whole were very nice. Italian was chaotic and needed better management. Asian was the best. One notable feedback, as a non meat eater (which I shared when pre booking all restaurants) there was room for improvement. The buffet contents weren’t all labelled (generally they should indicate suitability), at breakfast the butter/margarine was in a block (for a majority of the time) and guests would cut and wipe it onto their meat filled plates-the cross contamination was clear. Omelette’s were made in the same pans as meat, with the same utensils. Tavernaki struggled with any meat free alternatives so I was given chips, courgette and a spinach type veg at lunch. For dinner they removed the meat or fish elements for the dish but nothing to replace (at the Asian they supplied Tofu). The Agreco farm is great although there was no indication of timings, flow of the evening etc. It was predominantly a meat fest with huge volumes bought out, no alternatives for vegetarians. We didn’t really use the app-you cant order food or drink via it and have to flag down a person-which can sometimes take a while. For our first few days we struggled to get served and drink orders often never came. Once they are familiar with you it became easier. The entry level rooms felt small and dated-they had limited storage (nothing in the bedroom area) and the brown wooden wardrobe area on entry was not what we were expecting. The bathroom consisted of a small low level bath with a shower on the side wall so you could never comfortably shower. Our mountain view was interrupted by the local road directly behind the room and the main road a few hundred metres away. I would not recommend this room-upgrade to at least sea view (we looked at one when it was vacated and this was more akin to the marketing used for the hotel). It was unfortunate on our first morning that a scheduled power cut triggered the generator’s, behind our room, to switch on very early- it sounded like a jet plane landing and wasn’t the start we had hoped for. Shame we weren’t informed nor given ear plugs prior to this. Our overall feeling was this hotel is more style than substance-having stayed at similar levels of hotel this would not be our first choice to return to.

Absolutně skvělý resort s výbornými službami, skvělým umístěním a senzačním personálem, který je velmi kamarádský, vím, že je to v recenzích již určité klišé, ale zde je to FAKT, který se nesmí opomenout! Jezdíme zpravidla ve větším počtu osob, ale uvědomila jsem si, že kdybych z jakýchkoliv důvodů jela jednou úplně sama, cítila bych se zde jako mezi přáteli !!!! Velmi ráda bych zmínila zejména neustále usměvavého Nikolaje s jeho humorem a perfektním servisem na pláži, Manuela v Long Beach bar a celý tým v Sunset Lounge Bar. Děkujeme za skvělý přístup a služby a rozhodně DOPORUČUJI a těším se na příští rok!!!!

This hotel totally has our heart, this is our third visit and as soon as you arrive you instantly know why you keep coming back. The staff here are truly amazing and by far the hotels biggest asset, their hospitality and attentiveness is exceptional and we’ve seen so many staff still here from our first visit in 2022, this alone shows how much they all love working here. The hotel itself is beautiful and absolutely spotlessly clean. The food and restaurants are exceptional and literally we cannot fault one thing about this place. The sunset views are absolutely stunning and a total pleasure to watch that sun go down. If you are thinking of booking this hotel please do as you will not be disappointed.
