Bylo to moc dobre ani se mi nechtělo pryč obsluha byla milá a všechno bylo dobre

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location away from noise and crowds. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The bus stop is very close and so is the pharmacy. Thank you.

The food at restaurant nice but miserable waiters except William. They cannot make cocktails, just vile. Pools not over crowded but was told the hotel was half empty. The manager is a disgrace. He would rather sit and drink than kept his kids in order. I have video footage that has been given to Jet 2. Rust on shower, rust on bathroom mirror, curtain hanging off, rattan sofas need replacing, no freezer door and plugs hanging off an extension lead. WiFi was poor but on a plus side, the shower was hot. My main reason for such a negative review was the night reception guy. The larger guy always in the same black trousers/top. He goes around fist bumping guests but unfortunately he was so rude to us. It is the first ever time I’ve had to complain to the Jet 2 rep. There was a queue of people waiting to complain to her about various things. She looked deflated. The hotel needs upgrading. I’ve attached pics. The cleaners came in every other day but unfortunately we used the same towels for the week. I could go on but won’t be returning especially because of the way we were spoken to. Jet 2 need to pull their contract out of the hotel. Shops are about a 20 min walk, nothing much around, two nice restaurants so hire a car!!!

2nd time visit had 2 weeks great holiday,great hotel and lovely pools.once again we dined out a lot at night and used local busses and taxis fairly cheap.lots to do cant fault kastallia village.roll on next year

I've been to Greece many times but this has been my best hotel so far. The standard is very high, our room was renovated, clean and cosy. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The area of the hotel is big, there are 4 swimming pools, including one with a slider. I really appreciated the quiet one. The location is great, close to the sea, many restaurants in a walking distance, a bus stop just next to the hotel. There are also many cats as a big attraction :)
