Paralos Venus Suites

We used the spa service for an approximately 80-minute full-body massage. It was excellent—the treatment, the service, and the atmosphere. Both Ivana and Melisa are outstanding professionals. If I return to the hotel, I will definitely book the treatment again.

A week ago we came back from the hotel and our vacation was wowwwww thanks to George and Antonis! They upgraded us in the room and we got the room with the private pool it was very nice and pretty !! The breakfast was very good and the service was wow thanks for everything ♥️

An amazing honeymoon experience at this hotel! We didn’t regret our choice of Paralos Venus Suites for even a second. The staff were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was delicious, plentiful, and always fresh. A special mention goes to Sandra at the reception, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. We would also like to give special praise to the SPA team, especially Ivana and Melissa, for an incredibly relaxing massage. We highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be coming back! One more tip: consider booking a room with a private pool — it takes the whole experience to another level and makes your stay truly unforgettable!

Hello, I can highly recommend this place; it is absolutely top-notch, 10/10. My wife and I stayed here and couldn't find a single flaw. The service is absolute perfection and the food is excellent. There is a slightly smaller selection, but that isn't a bad thing at all—you will still leave breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a completely full stomach. We had an all-inclusive package and booked the hotel directly. Our airport transfers were arranged for both our arrival and departure. When we wanted to take a trip to Heraklion, they called a taxi for us. They have their own app where you can find all the information about the hotel and book things like massages, dinners, yoga, etc. They also communicated with us promptly via WhatsApp. A truly great place for a week-long vacation.

We have just finished a 10-day stay at Paralos Venus Suites to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely outstanding. We booked a swim-up room and initially stayed in Room 105. Although it was lovely, it didn’t get as much sun as we had hoped. We mentioned this to reception, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They kindly moved us to Room 104, which gets the sun all day – absolutely perfect! Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of customer service throughout our stay was exceptional. The food, drinks and service are on another level. We have stayed at many all-inclusive hotels over the years, but this is the first time we never felt the need to leave the hotel because everything was simply so good. The quality, variety and presentation of the food were incredible, the cocktails were fantastic, and every member of staff genuinely wanted you to have the best holiday possible. A very special mention has to go to Giorgio, who made our holiday even more memorable. His energy, positivity and enthusiasm are infectious! We looked forward to seeing him every day. His favourite sayings of “Wow!”, “Energy time!”, “The best time is now!” and “Anything is possible with Giorgio!” always made us smile and set the tone for another amazing day. He truly made us feel special and looked after throughout our stay. Every member of staff deserves credit for creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It genuinely feels like they care about every guest. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. If you can, book a swim-up room and if sunshine all day is important to you, Room 104 is the one to ask for!
