Krásné prostředí, famózní dezerty jak z francouzské cukrárny. Přístup k nám jako k hostům byl perfektní! Všichni byli velice milý. Krásné moře a bazény. Dostali jsme dokonce upgrade, který nás velice mile překvapil. Vila s bazénem je úžasná pro děti, tak i pro nás. V aquaparku bylo jen pár dětí. Nikde nebylo přelidněné. Skvělá dovolená! Filipovičová

Vše podstatné podle Hilton standardů v tomto hotelu funguje, přestože byl otevrěn na začátku června. Důvodem je propojení se sousedním hotelem, neb mají stejného majitele. Personál je maximálně vstřícný a dělá maximum možného. Za stavební nedodělky a problémy z toho vznikající nemůže. Pokud se je podaří odstranit během zimy určitě přinese zvýšení komfortu především u delších pobytů. Při prodlouženém víkendu vám nevadí, že vnitřní bazén je bez vody, chybí odtokový žlábek ve sprše, která nemá správný sklon pro odtok vody, pokud byste však zde měli trávit týden a zaplatit přes 1000 euro za osobu, už si položíme otázku, udá cena odpovídá kvalitě ubytování. Zatím ne. Druhá sezóna též rozhodne, zda invaze hostů z druhého resortu ( poznáte je podle modrých osušek) ke dvěma 75 m dlouhým bazénům se slanou vodou bude tak intenzivní, že budete mít problém si najít lehátka u bazénů. Další nevýhodou je vzdálenost k moři. Musí vás tam vozit, neb je až za rušnou silnicí a je to pláž toho druhého sice kvalitního ale horšího rezortu. Další věc, kterou na žádných fotografiích neuvidíte je dým a vůně jehněčí z hotelové restaurace a la carte, která se specializuje na grilovaná jídla. Aby vše bylo na večer připravené začínají grilovat brzy odpoledne. Fouká- li větřík od moře kouř je všudypřítomné neb kuchyně je v nejnižší části rezortu a pokoje nad ní. Intenzita kouře jedno odpoledne byla tak vysoká, že jsme nemohli mít otevřené dveře na terasu. Hotel nemá vlastní auta na transport na letiště, díky tomu se vám může stát jako nám, že recepční nezavolá na domluvený termín taxi službu. K vybavení pokojů, měli jsme family suite o velikosti 40 m2. Pro dvě dospělé osoby vyhovující pro rodinu s dvěmi dětmi i díky nepraktické dispozici pokoje velmi omezující. Je vidět, že došlo ke změně projektu, pokoje mohly být o 15 metrů větší a nemít tak umyvadla za postelí. Příští rok se sem vrátíme je to ideálním hotel na prodloužený víkend, pokud pobyt platíte Hilton Honors a jste Gold nebo Diamant member se zajištěným upgradem. Jinak ne.

The Royal Senses Resort & Spa completely saved our holiday in Crete! After an awful overbooking experience at another hotel down the road, we arrived here stressed and stranded. However, from the second we stepped out of the taxi, the team turned everything around. We were welcomed with warm smiles, refreshing drinks, and complimentary food while they sorted out our booking. The manager went above and beyond to look after us, showing genuine care, empathy, and absolute professionalism. To our complete surprise, we were given a breathtaking complimentary upgrade to the shared pool with a view, that itself made our annual holiday, The room was stunning, spacious, modern, and spotless, with a massive private balcony offering panoramic views of the sea. Watching the sunset over the coast from our own terrace was easily one of the highlights of the entire trip. The dining the was exceptional. The hostesses were attentive and accommodating, even offering generous discounts for the à la carte restaurants. Honestly, the à la carte dining is a must try, the quality of the dishes, wine selection, and seaside atmosphere were five-star across the board. The breakfast buffet was just as impressive, with endless fresh local options. The resort feels like a luxury village carved into the white rock hillside, with everything you could possibly need on site. Multiple beautiful cascading swimming pools and lively poolside bars Private boutique shops for local goods and essentials. Top-notch fitness center and well-kept tennis courts. Relaxing spa facilities and quiet lounging areas. (I sound like a salesman) Seriously, if you are planning a trip to Crete, do not look anywhere else. The level of service, luxury, and authentic hospitality at The Royal Senses is second to none. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Book this as an impulse through Jet2 Indulgent Escape. We got upgraded to half board. Weren't expecting too much from buffet meals but thought we could always eat out. But the food was excellent breakfast and evening meal. Huge choice of quality food. Best buffet puddings weve ever had. Staff were lovely. Bed comfy. Room spacious with lovely sea view. Whole place clean. Drinks were pricey but we did buy some in from supermarket across the road. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a week on half board in a room with a private pool and had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. Our room was kept spotless and the housekeeping team were particularly good. Food at breakfast and dinner was very good, with plenty of choice. The facilities are excellent. The pools are very good, there are plenty of high-quality sun beds, and the gym is also excellent and well equipped. The private beach is reached by a complimentary minibus, which takes around two minutes via a route underneath a busy main road. Two bottles of water were provided in our room every day, which was a great touch. It does seem strange, however, that half-board guests then have to pay for water with their evening meal. The hotel is quite remote, with no town, shops, bars or restaurants within easy walking distance, so a taxi or car is needed if you want to explore. Overall, a very good, high-quality hotel with excellent facilities, good food and great standards of service and cleanliness.
