TUI BLUE Elounda Breeze

Měli jsme tu skvělou dovolenou, je to krásné. Dětský klub a zábavní tým byly fantastické. Jediným negativem je strmý kopec do restaurace, neumím si představit, že by to bylo s kočárkem snadné.

Dorazili jsme velmi pozdě, protože náš let byl zpožděn, ale měli jsme krásné přivítání a dokonce nám udělali pár rolí pro náš příjezd a naše případy byly vzaty do místnosti, pokoj byl bez poskvrny a postel velmi pohodlná, procházka do hlavní restaurace byl do kopce, ale oni mají golfové kočárky, aby vás tam, pokud je potřebujete, jídlo bylo krásné a bylo tam tolik možností a personál restaurace byl vždy tam, aby vám vše, co potřebujete, personál baru byli vynikající a byl tam velký výběr nápojů, personál tui na recepci byl velmi nápomocný při jakýchkoli otázkách, které jsme měli, zábava ve večerních hodinách byla zaměřena na děti, ale na tom nezáleželo, nejbližší město nebylo příliš daleko a snadno chůze, vše ve všem jsme měli krásnou dovolenou a velmi doporučujeme,

Zůstali jsme tady v září celý týden. Hotel je velmi čistý a personál je velmi přátelský a vynikající služby. Hotel má mnoho kroků do různých sekcí, např. Bazény, restaurace a bary. Hlavní bar je spíše jako kavárna a zábava je dobrá pro děti, ale ne pro dospělé

Tento hotel je úžasný! Sledoval datum změny, ale stojí za to čekat! Kapitán T a Bamse v obří apitheatre. Jídlo chutná tak dobře a pokoje jsou moderní, pláž není soukromá, jak zákon uvádí, že soukromé pláže nejsou povoleny v Řecku! Pokoje jsou tak čerstvé a jsou tak nové a moderní! ⚠️ AVOID: 5-Star Price for a 2-Star Health & Safety Nightmare ⚠️ Do not book this resort. My anniversary trip was completely ruined by what TUI advertised as a premium 4/5-star flagship "TUI BLUE" resort. It is a neglected, structurally unsafe property. After a grueling airport transfer that vastly exceeded their promised 90-minute limit—driven by a coach driver actively using a handheld mobile phone on the highway—we arrived at a complete disaster. We were assigned Room 2024, which featured: • Severe Safety Hazards: A massive open hole left completely exposed in the bedroom ceiling, alongside loose, dangerous electrical wiring hanging down wrapped in tape. • Disgusting Hygiene: Dead insects, pest remains, dirt, and old hair left uncleaned along the skirting boards. Brown liquid stains splattered across the walls. • Unsanitary Environment: Large piles of black rubbish bin bags dumped directly outside guest doorways on the communal walkways. Torn, damaged furniture exposing raw foam. The TUI "Premium Service" is Non-Existent: The resort has collapsed into a complete "DIY / get-it-yourself" system. When we complained about these health violations, TUI forced us into an emergency transfer under extreme duress. Instead of a free like-for-like swap due to their failure, they forced us to pay an extra £1,061.00 (including an insulting £113 cancellation fee and £50 admin fee) just to escape to the Porto Elounda resort. Because TUI downgraded our board basis, we had to spend an additional 686€ out of pocket just to eat and drink. TUI's customer service has been shocking. They recently called to claim Elounda Breeze is "similar standard" to a luxury spa resort, and offered a pathetic £35 voucher as compensation for an absolute *** show that caused severe anxiety and ruined our anniversary. I am uploading the photographic proof of the holes in the ceilings, exposed wires, and filth so other holidaymakers can see the truth. We are now taking TUI to ABTA Arbitration and court. Save your money and your safety—avoid TUI BLUE Elounda Breeze. Rooms: Dirty, cold and twin beds slide around the room, no double beds. The mattresses were so hard we could not sleep and opur arms went numb just from lying down! No water pressure in the shower. Safety: Safety glass broken, electrical wiring hanging out of walls. Steps broken, trip hazards everywhere, rubbish left to sit in the sun. Food and drinks: Disgusting, unhealthy, dripping in fat, everything is fried or a cake! My omelette for breakfast was inedible and dripping in fat, three paper napkins dabbed of the worst of it but i could not eat it. My husband and I both had terrible stomachs during our stay at Elounda Breeze. Noteworthy details: Staff are rude, unhelpful and if they tell you that they cannot give you back your 'hotel tax (15 euros a night as the Greek government think it is a 5 star, no idea why) then they are legally bound to. If they refuse this is a criminal offence even if when they do give you back your money they scowl at you and say things in Greek under their breath at you!
