We had an unforgettable stay at the Ammades All Suites Beach Hotel in Rhodes, and the service was absolutely flawless from start to finish!Front Desk: Led by the amazing Julia, the reception team welcomed us with warm smiles and incredible efficiency. The designers and architects of this beach side hotel have done a magnificent job. The poolside gardens are compact, but have been thoughtfully landscaped and are delightful and elegant. The grounds are sufficiently set back from the crowded main beach to give guests much needed privacy. Without exception every member of the staff are special. Attentive, helpful and courteous. Breakfast is excellent and can be enjoyed on a calm, open air terrace with a view of the sea. The down side. The hotel sits alongside a massive, noisy and crowded hotel. Music blares two hour a day. You get used to it, but for the first day it is a huge distraction. There is no bar for evening drinks. Such a pity as the hotel overlooks a lovely pool and the sea beyond. The only bar is nestled deep in the interior of the hotel, next to the lobby and reception. Curious decision. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but for two annoying details. The designers have fallen into the modern trap of thinking everyone appreciates open plan. So the bathroom is quite small and has no door. Nor does it have shelves to put your washbag on. For some unknown reason, the TV is bolted to the wall out of sight from the bed. So no watching a late night movie tucked up before sleep. It's a lovely, elegant and friendly hotel, well placed for local restaurants - a few minutes walk away - with exceptional staff and comfort. It manages, mostly, to attract civilized and well mannered adult guests and therefore stays quiet and relaxed. We would recommend.

Probably the best hotel in Rhodos

This is my first negative review for any establishment ever. The only reason I give 1 star is because the cleaning service, pool service and location was excellent. Otherwise, it would be 0. We chose Ammades for its luxury adults-only concept, but it did not meet expectations. I had to stop my paid spa massage halfway due to excessive noise, and instead of finding a solution, the issue was handled poorly. Management is aware of this situation. If they truly care about guest experience, they know how to contact me.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday this is the place to book
