I woud like to thank all the staff at this hotel after my granddaughter had a mental breakdown Phil the manager helped us through this. Went out his way to help again thanks.about the hotel itself food and drinks good.pool area no panic for a sunbed room spotless overlooking pool great really enjoyed my stay met some really nice people.woud recommend this hotel. Thanks again to Phil and his staff.

Went to this hotel for my 60th birthday and at first sights I was a little disappointed. But after one day I realised that the hotel and staff was very nice . The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and I say it is the most cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in . The reception staff where always smiling and very happy to help your every request. The restaurant staff were amazing and also very helpful and always smiling . A very big shout out to one member of the restaurant staff called Sonya who was always smiling and very helpful. The day of my birthday the restaurant manager came with a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake and had the full restaurant singing happy birthday to me . Also my room was decorated with birthday stuff and more champagne. Fantastic touch and made my birthday special . Only a couple of faults but miner ones was the lack of sun beds and very quiet with no music or any kind of entertainment. All in all a fantastic hotel and would definitely return to this hotel . Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff and managers for making my 60th birthday a memorable one x

I visited with my 19 year old daughter for a week from the 13/6/26. Positives Reception staff are excellent . Very caring and nothing is too much trouble . Always chatting and say hello. They always want you to have the best experience. Particularly Yana and Kevin the Porter. If you had any issues they would try and sort it out. The restaurant staff are helpful too. The cleanliness of the hotel is exemplary to the housekeepers and maids. Rooms are cleaned daily and spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels. Good working air con in room . Room is spacious. Dining is great. Open good hours. Lots of choice of food and drinks. Large bottle of wine , mini bar with nuts, soft drinks , one bottle beer in room which was stocked daily . Sandwiches were provided on arrival but not suitable for vegetarians. Had issues with plug not working on room. Kevin sorted maintenance to call the next day. ( there are only two in the room ) but was sorted after several attempts explaining what was wrong the next day. Games area in basement and a Gym and Sauna. NEGATIVES Transfer from airport stopped at 8 hotels we were the last. Landed 8.30 got to hotel midnight. The bar was still open until 1 am but stopped all inclusive at 11 pm . No sense in that . Bathrooms are very small The following morning I went down to the pool area at 9.30 only to find every sun-bed full. I waited for a few hours and saw a maid come down and remove towels on two sun-beds and a couple just appeared and grabbed them. I went to reception to complain but Was told to queue at 8 o’clock every morning . I had to do this for the rest of the holiday, it is like a stampede when the door opens and you are waiting on a queue in the restaurant by people having breakfast. All the staff are friendly and nice except the bar staff. They are miserable and rude. Poor entertainment only a few singers a few times a week . There is nowhere to sit outside after the pool closes , only at side of hotel a few tables by the road where smokers go. Hardly any shops. It takes 30 minutes to walk to Rhodes . There are buses but they don’t turn up. The pool area is claustrophobic. Tui reps not very visible and not very approachable. The welcome meeting was on the Wednesday but we arrived on the Saturday . The information re Tui reps availability was on a board downstairs in the basement which I discovered on our last day. It should be in reception to be more visible.

Let's start with the pros Staff, cleanliness and food very good. Now the cons. Do you come on holiday after working to set an alarm.for 7 am to go queue for a sunbed no. When they open the doors its a stampede. Half the pool is in shade. If you get a sunbed you are packed in like a sardine. There is no atmosphere around the pool no background music you can hear your neighbours conversations like they are talking to you. Nowhere near enough sunbeds for how many guests are in the hotel. Evenings not much entertainment and we felt taking drinks to your room is a better option rather than sitting in a bar with no atmosphere. (We aren't party animals but sitting in what seems to be a libary isn't ideal either). Location nothing at all around the hotel unless you walk or get the bus or taxi into rhodes town. The Marina isn't what you think a marina is either which is within 5 minutes walk. Rooms bathroom very small and floods. If you are at the front of the hotel after requesting a Seaview room be prepared to hear the road noise. Very busy dual carriage way opposite. The beach across the road gets busy no parasols or beds hire. Not the cleanest either. Would we return NO.
