Rhodos Horizon Marina

Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon for 10days The staff are extremely helpfull the hotel itself is spotless the food was amazing proper bacon for breakfast the inclusive bar actually served beer in a glass tankard the coctail menu was very very good i could even get irish coffes on it all in all an excellent place to stay oh and chold free aswell !!! Ou and as it was our honeymoon they decorated our room for when we arrived

Arrived last night and extremely happy so far yes the room is small "you don't go on holiday to stay in your room !".The balcony is a good size. The view overlooking pool and sea is good. Staff are amazing Arrived to a glass of wine and sandwiches . Breakfast service this morning had freshly fried eggs and real bacon. For an all inclusive that's not bad!. The hotel is very clean. I will update more as the week goes on

At first, this hotel seemed to have almost everything we wanted. The reception and restaurant staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us in every possible way, and we greatly appreciated their support throughout our stay. The beds and pillows were among the most comfortable we have experienced in any hotel, and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a lot to like about the hotel. So why couldn’t we relax? The main problem was the poor soundproofing around the room doors. Our first room had a connecting door to the room next door. Although it was locked, it made the room feel less private and secure. There were also very loud and rowdy guests on that floor. Because the room offered so little protection from the surrounding noise, we did not sleep at all during our first night. The following morning, the reception staff moved us to another room on a different floor, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room had the same soundproofing problem. We could hear everything happening in the hallway. When we inspected the door, we noticed large gaps around it, which explained why so much noise entered the room. At times, it felt as though the door might as well have been left open. The room doors along the corridors also appeared to require considerable force to close properly. This resulted in frequent loud slamming throughout the day and night. The constant banging made it difficult to relax, and we were repeatedly woken by other guests closing their doors. Since we experienced the same soundproofing issue in two rooms on different floors and repeatedly heard the same door-slamming problem from other rooms, it appeared to be a broader issue with the hotel’s doors rather than something limited to one particular room. For that reason, we did not believe that requesting a third room would solve the problem. This was especially frustrating because so many other parts of the hotel were very good. The staff were exceptional, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was among the best we have experienced. We also loved how close the hotel was to the beach. At the public beach, two sunbeds cost €20 per day during our stay, and payment could be made by either card or cash. We felt they were well worth renting. Just around the corner from the hotel, there is also a lovely little café and juice bar with exceptionally friendly service and refreshing smoothies. It quickly became one of our favourite nearby places. We wanted to love this hotel, but the poor soundproofing and constant door banging seriously affected our comfort and sleep. A hotel room should provide privacy, peace, and a place to rest. During our stay, that was the one thing we could not rely on.

Really nice and clean hotel with great food. Little shoutout to Sonia, our waitress, you have our heart!

Location terrible, small rooms, very little storage for clothes, not enough sunbeds, only 2 sockets in room. On plus side staff are friendly and food / drink all good.
