This hotel is fabulous and has everything you need for a perfect relaxing family holiday . The stand out for us was the food which was amazing , so tasty and flavoursome . The location is unbeatable, 2 mins from some beautiful , clear blue beaches . Fantastic pub next door too with a play area and some tortoises 🐢 The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy . Staff work hard and always smiling 😊 biggest compliments to the chef 🧑‍🍳

My review after 2 weeks holiday with a large extended family. - on arrival 4 of our rooms were in a basement- these are not fit for guests- dark- white shutters on the windows, bathroom in disrepair, outdoor area filled with cats and cat poo and right next to entertainment stage the noise is unreal. We moved rooms after 1 night and what a difference- nice modern and light room- so why should you pay the same holiday price for a sub standard room in the basement- poor by the hotel, from what I could see, I think they expect people to move after a night and it’s just a revolving room whilst waiting for people to check out. Attitude of the hotel staff on reception not great either and fairly dismissive, we kept getting asked to return later and then told a list is getting sorted for moves- fortunately we managed to get hold of a manager and it was sorted. The food was good overall- something to eat for everyone each night- did get slightly repetitive over 2 weeks as to be expected, entertainment was also good and the team were amazing with the kids and very engaging, again a bit repetitive over 2 weeks, even the quiz was the same on the quiz nights. Pool is fairly small for the number of people and did feel over crowded at times- there is 2 pools but they both filled up. We enjoyed the use of the pool none the less but the floor is rough and will hurt your feet over time. You do need to get up and reserve a bed- it seems everyone does it so you have got to play the game to get one for the day. The hotel is in a good location, I rented a car from Margaris over the road which was very reasonable. Reception will call a taxi for you when needed and the water park half price offer is well worth doing. The makai beach bar was a regular evening visit for us and sunbeds were 25 a pair at the closest beach. Overall a very enjoyable holiday, I enjoyed the hotel, I wouldn’t put anyone off going there as long as you don’t get a basement room if you do- don’t be afraid to ask to move. I would say you will have a nice time if you stay at the hotel staff in restaurant and bar were friendly. Snack bar was a highlight, some of the best chicken nuggets going and a change of things on the menu most days. Beer fine but light- you will never get drunk on it. Spirits ok too- soft drinks not branded and some very sweet but again nothing unusual for all inclusive,

Overall this hotel is amazing, we stayed for 7 days in June 2026 and our experience couldn't have been better. Upon arrival, we arrived late evening and we're warmly greeted by the staff who looked after our luggage and instantly gave us a meal. The family room we stayed met our expectations, lots of reviews state the concerns of mold in the bathrooms, however our room was spotless and no mold in site. The air-conditioning was brilliant, kept the room cold. The food was beyond amazing, plenty of choice and little repeats of options, my children we're beyond happy with the ice cream bar inside the restaurant. The bar snacks were different everyday and were really good. Wide variety of drinks, like mocktails and cocktails, wine and beer were good. The beaches are within 5-10 minute walk and we're both beautiful, great for snorkeling, one beach had water sports which were reasonably priced. The TUI rep was so helpful, we booked an excursion to Turtle beach which was lovely. The town surrounding has a lovely atmosphere, loads of bars and restaurants. Further up the road is ABBA cruises in which a lovely couple helped us book an excursion to Ship wreck beach / blue caves, and it also makes a stop at sulfur beach. Best trip we did and I cannot recommend the ABBA cruises couple more. The only issue was the use of the pool by the entertainment team for activities . At times, this limited space available for guests to use the pool, and on some occasions these activities were adult only. This made it difficult for families and other guests to simply use the pool to cool down and relax. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to return.

We arrived around 2pm on 21 July, this was a family of 7 adults and 3 children. We were told to go to the dining room as it closed at 2.30pm. We were then checked in very efficiently and shown to our rooms. We had 3 family rooms in A block. The rooms slept 4 and had a partition which made it into 2 rooms. The beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and kettle and the air conditioning was very good (had to turn it off at times). The safe was free and you can get towels for around the pool/beach. We had no problem getting a sunbed at first but after a few days we had to get up early to get them. We don’t like reserving beds but if you can’t beat em join em! The staff are very friendly and polite. We had to ask for an extra table setting in the dining room most days. This was never a problem for the lovely dining room staff. The animation team work so hard. Our grandchildren loved Chelsea and co. We have never had such good entertainment in an all inclusive hotel. The Michael Jackson evening was very good. The food was also very good. A different cuisine each night, we even had Sunday dinner! Freshly made pizzas were also available. Drinks were typical all inclusive, drinkable. You can get a road train into Zante Town, there’s lady selling tickets (she’s a bit abrupt) just up the bank from the hotel. It was about a 30 minute ride. Adults were 19€ return it was less for children. There isn’t a very big beach near the hotel. The Kaliva bar round the corner has tribute acts on and has a big play area for children. They also have tortoises that the children can get lettuce from the bar to feed them. There is also another bar called the Forest Song which is quite magical. This hotel is perfect for families. We felt safe here and had a wonderful holiday. We would definitely return and would recommend staying here. Thank you Suneo Admiral.

Here comes an honest review of our stay. Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay, but there was quite a lot left to be desired. Hopefully, this review can help both the hotel management improve and future guests know what to expect. The hotel itself and the pool area are nice. However, when we arrived in our room, there were quite a lot of ants running around on the floor. For some reason, we decided not to make a big deal out of it and didn’t mention it to the staff until check-out, when I brought it up. The bathroom had some mold and, overall, didn’t feel particularly clean. It also felt quite unhygienic that the towel rack was positioned directly above the toilet. The beds were quite firm, which is of course a matter of personal preference. Other than that, the room and the balcony were nice. The pool area was pleasant, but it felt quite small considering the number of guests staying at the hotel. There were many children playing in the pool, which sometimes made it difficult to swim. Now, onto the food and drinks! We were pleasantly surprised by the food. Even though it was an all-inclusive buffet, most of it was really good. Some dishes were a bit underwhelming, but overall the food exceeded our expectations. However, eating in the restaurant felt more like dining in a school cafeteria. It was incredibly loud, and the atmosphere wasn’t particularly relaxing. Also, don’t expect a more elegant dinner setting in the evenings. While you certainly can dress up if you want to, the overall atmosphere and most guests’ attire were very casual. As for the drinks, they were decent, although many of them tasted quite similar. They also used a lot of syrup, which made the cocktails very sweet. One thing that really stood out, though, was the service at the bar. I even overheard other guests commenting on it. Not all of the staff were like this, but unfortunately, most of the bartenders came across as quite unfriendly. They rarely greeted guests, didn’t respond when we said “hi,” and never smiled back. It genuinely made us hesitate to order drinks or food because we felt like we were bothering them. That’s not how anyone wants to feel while on a vacation they’ve worked hard and paid a lot for. I could see that they were sometimes under a lot of pressure and likely working long shifts, so I do sympathize with them. Still, a simple greeting and a smile can make a huge difference. Perhaps the hotel management should consider scheduling more staff behind the bar during busy hours. Overall, our stay was okay, as I mentioned earlier. While there were definitely some positives, the negatives outweighed them for us, and unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
