100% truth of 2 week Holiday with my daughters & Son in law to be 18th. Well we’ve been through so much this year & this holiday was ment to be great . When we pay £6,400 for 4 people 2 rooms I expected better than we got put into !…. When we got off the bus was short walk to hotel wasn’t shore where we was going and No one waiting for us off the bus , We got into hotel & was welcomed & welcome drinks straight away & check in was quick. The reception was okay but needs some decorations pictures or something!.. very plan, but clean , the reception toilets was wet & slippy from the pool people With wet feet & not great when need to Use walking stick , The staff at this point was very nice . We was told by a blond haired lady she would help take our bags to our nice room with air con & garden view . We was all shatteted hot & just looking forward getting settled in have some food as it was 5pm & not eaten since breakfast at 5am , Well we had to walk down 2 sets of steps !… ome with No rail , we walked down a small Corridor that was vile with a toom with door open that was disgraceful view men sat smoking as we walked down the slope, then we walked and my god the state of the area was like scrap yard with 2 dogs barking tied up , okay we thought let’s just get into the room & my god I’ve never been so up set disgusted and angry of the state of the rooms we was put into !.. both rooms was just as bad , No tiles Om the dirt floor broken split doors cracks in places woukdnt believe one of the rooms back door didn’t lock the shower was Broken there was rusty pipes drain covers painted out glass honestly you would feel cleaner in a prison , The attitude of the blond lady was terrible telling me it was acceptable and people Like it as quite !…. I asked to see the manager the blond lady stormed off and then came the manager!… at that point there was another couple with the same problem!… So the manager came & wasn’t very nice to start with saying it’s clean and nothing wrong with the place !… You will see when I post pictures later !….. anyway after a firm talking and putting my foot down I was not staying in this dump !.. I said we paid for 14 nigjt not 13 and she said they have NO rooms available for us to move & said nothing we can do till tomorrow! I will give you a room put not untill tomorrow come to see me at 8am No toom then 8.30 then 10 then come back at 12 still nothing spoke to rep and she did say much but showed her the picture and she was shocked !… then 12.30 there was rooms to show us as I said I will not expect any rooms with out seeing them !… So hubby sin them and said not perfect but was 100% better than what was put in ! The manager said just finishing the cleaning off & that was another few hours we come get you ! So we lost 24 hours of what I call not a cheap holiday for what we’ve seen so far !…. I sat crying by the pool for hours wanting to move on the phone to the place that booked our holiday travel agent!…. To get moved or flights hime this is how bad the room & area was !…. All we was given was week of tickets for water park . So we finally got into our rooms the kids rooms was looking over the sea and was clean nice our room was by the pool most of the room was nice clean but shower basin was all cracked around the shower basin was all messy filled in and cracks , but better than we had been in , The out side seating area had ants red but could not go through complete again as I have illnesses I don’t need stress and hassle and have to use walking still this whole thing triggered flair up of Fibromyalgia and made me feeling very stressed and poorly!…. We went for food and got to say the people in the food hall was lovely & helpful!….. the place lacked decor & felt like a hall not a nice restaurant, I use to wearing dresses on a evening and felt very over dressed!… The food was okay ! The salad was alway dried up on an evening. There was lots choose but some didn’t look appetising, they could do with going to some other places and see what food they do and do fresh salad and not left over from lunch or evening ect . Breakfast & lunch seemed better , But I would give a 6 star ⭐ for the staff & manager on the restaurant & 7 star ⭐ for the lasy who was always on the door welcoming people into the place . The staff kept the tables so clean and quick moving plates , they was always helpful. The pool The pool was over crowded with the amount of people and rooms they have ! Kids balls floats massive floats coving the pool . No adult in 2 weeks spoke to could enjoy a swim as over crowded with screaming children running around and also groups off young men & groups of uoir girls like hen or stag do being loud drunk and ruff in the pool drinking in the pool and throwing water snd cups around and No one there to say not to do this or a life gard for safety, The pool is very ruff & can be dangerously on people feet & legs ect . There was lots with cut toes , There needs to have a bigger pool that’s tiled as this one on the steps and whole pool isnt !…. The pool isnt cleaned daily & neat hwr is the pool area as I watched and was up at 4am each morning and wasn’t washed down or mopped each day !…. The beds & umbrella was always smart and tidy but the floor was always drink marks food marks ect ect The little tables was clean tho . The path was always mopped at breakfast time as was slippery with the stick , There was No sign for steps coming out the lift , someone fell badly coming out lift snd was step fell down , there was 2 pools but still both overcrowded. There was a massive wasp problem by the pool area ! Not just odd wasp but the whole area coved and not surprised as when the glasses was collected by staff they would throw the drinks not drank in the 2 trees and busses!…. So not surprised there are wasps everywhere on the one side !…. And the sucky floors wasps will go for so the staff should not be throwing drinks in the busses and empty down the sink !…. I give 7 star for the entertainment Team so friendly & was some good night entertainment, We had clean towels for pool each day . We had clean towels in room , beds was maid most days , But sink taps shower ect wasn’t cleaned had to clean my self . There wasn’t a wardrobe just open large shelf unit with 15 hangers but I lived mainly out my suitcase as didn’t want my underwear beach wear all on show ! Hung dresses up and hubby use for tops shorts ect . The worst thing im the room was the kettle there was stuff floating around and no matter how much we washed it out was the same so didn’t use it !… working fridge but was iced over and frozen drinks up , working safe easy using . Terrible smell from drains made me sick one day so hubby covered it over and that stopped it , The bin was always full was changed but not enough in a day as wasps around it all the time . Overall I normally don’t want to go home from a 2 week holiday but after 7 days could wait ri go home. The area it’s self is nice , nice places to visit & loads shops , lots restaurants & bars & bars with great entertainment and food . And even more to do if go into the town , water park is really nice places to visit and tiled pool area the pool Is massive and clean fresh water , great food drinks . Entertainers are amazing and very friendly walk around talking to people. Nice clean area to visit!….. shops that do everything you need , I would give the area 7 stars 🌟 and definitely go back to the area !…. I’m sorry although the most of the staff are friendly helpful I wouldn’t ever recommend or go to this hotel again !…… There was only a couple of staff that should sort there selves out or be moved as have No people skills ! One blonde hair young lady of reception & ome older lady who works on snack bar !… the young lady with glasses and tattoos & young tall man with black hair are 8 ⭐ workers !. The day of check out we was waiting in quite room and the cleaners really need to check down sides of the sofas ect and filthy sweets papers crisps lolly sticks you name it it’s there !…. This is the ye truth of our visit and could go on more .

This hotel was supposedly a 4* but I would say more of a 3*, with the tired rooms and a mixer shower in the bath! The pool wasn't amazing (not your usual smooth base and a few people with cut feet). However, the food was good and plenty of variety to cover all tastes but what really made this holiday pretty amazing, were the staff and especially the 'playmakers' that ensured people got involved in the activities (Xee, Chelsea and G). These three were exceptional at what they did and ensured that people made many friends via doing fun activities together. The location wasn't too bad (although could have been closer to the town centre) but there's definitely no lack of bars and restaurants in Tsilivi.

We really enjoyed our stay at TUI Admiral. I emailed in advance to ask for a renovated room and was told my request had been added. Upon arrival the room was fine, clean and modern with a nice view of the main pool. The bathroom didn’t seem to have been renovated and when we got there the shower bracket had broken. we notified staff immediately and they fixed it straight away so that was fine. The bathrooms need renovating to match the aesthetic of the main room but it was fine for us to use. The TV had Netflix but couldn’t log in which was a shame as there are no channels apart from the news but we don’t come away to watch TV so not a huge issue, just would’ve been nice to have had access to Netflix so we could watch our own on a night/while we’re getting ready. We stayed at the Planos deluxe opposite and could use our Netflix there so unsure why we couldn’t use it at admiral as it’s the same hotel chain. The food was really nice, we normally eat out on a night but this time we ate in more than we normally would and never had a bad meal, something different every day and it is mixed up so weeks are never the same. The snack bar near the pool was also really nice, the brownies and the club sandwiches were lovely. Drinks were fine and cocktails were good and the sweet rose wine was really nice too. Entertainment was okay we didn’t really stay in in the evening we tended to frequent out to Madness Cocktail Bar at the bottom of the street but the Michael Jackson show was good. The Kaliva bar is also good for entertainment, we watched the elvis show there which was fab. We had a spa afternoon at the hotel across the road, Aqua Deluxe which was amazing. The main pool isn’t huge and coupled up with everyone using balls/lilos could make it difficult if you want to swim but some days were quieter than others and I managed to get some swimming done. However, the floor is quite rough so would be better to wear crocs or beach shoes to prevent grazing feet. Location is perfect and is near the beach where we walked every morning. We really enjoyed our stay at the admiral and would return.

Horrible never ever come here we got moved from a 5 star to this hell hole and when water goes down the sink brown stinky water comes out the floor drain and floods the bathroom and if I could it would be a 0 out of 5

We are currently at the Admiral and to be honest my review is a mixed bag. There is nothing ‘wrong’ with the hotel just not the right hotel for this couple in their 50’s. Not quite sure what age the hotel aims for, young families I think - not enough to accommodate teens, too busy for older adults - though my husband enjoyed joining in the darts and water polo in the day. Room We have a family room (all that was available when booking) and it is quite nice. Storage is limited, even for 2, no drawers so some clothes in open suitcases on the spare beds. Cleaned really well every day. Quite modern - no issues there View is not great, overlooking the road - but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway. Food I’ll admit to being rather fussy, but this is a typical AI, canteeny - breakfast good, snacks outside in the pool area good, food only just warm - though I know it’s difficult to accommodate so many people, not ideal but maybe a microwave ? We ate out most nights - the quality and amount of restaurants in the area is fantastic Entertainment The staff try really hard and the outside entertainment is ok Pools Very lively around the larger pool as it’s not very big for the size of the hotel. We have been out to the beach and booked sun beds at Makai for 2 days - very relaxing and worth paying for. Beds in the sun by the pool gone by 8 so if that’s a priority for you it’s worth getting up early. We never saw any towels being removed by staff but were told some were the week prior to us arriving. All in all a nice hotel just not 4 star as advertised
