Coco de Mer Hotel & Black Parrot Suites

The location is superb and very private . We stayed for 3 nights at the adult only Villa. From the start of our stay from the reception to checkout the service level was excellent. The staff we came across like Fiona, Joe, Gurpreet, Ajay & another gentleman from Sri Lanka at the Mango Bar were so nice and courteous. They made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. If you are looking to relax as a couple , this is the resort you have to be in. They have an infinite pool on the beach. Simply an exceptional place. Note that you need to plan ahead since this is an island and ensure to reserve a domestic flight or ferry according to your final departure.We had to take a flight back to Mahe as our flight was 8:25 and had to take a 20 mins flight at Air Seychelles early morning since the ferry starts only 8 am so planning ahead is essential.

Some places are beautiful because of their location. Others become unforgettable because of the people who work there. This hotel has both. Our stay on Praslin was one of the most memorable travel experiences we have ever had. The breathtaking tropical scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings created the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. However, what made our stay truly exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the staff, especially Anura. Anura is one of those rare people who naturally make others feel welcome. His kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine smile brightened every day of our stay. He was always attentive, caring, and happy to help, making every meal and every interaction a pleasure. It never felt like simple customer service—it felt like sincere hospitality from someone who truly enjoys making guests happy. People like Anura are the reason guests leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we hope his dedication and outstanding work are recognized because he truly deserves it. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will always remember the paradise-like views, the peaceful surroundings, and above all, the kindness we experienced every day. We hope to come back one day. Veronia at the reception of Hotel Coco de Mer deserves special recognition. When we accidentally left a bag behind after checking out, she informed us promptly, and took the initiative herself to contact Creole Travel Service to arrange its return to us on Mahé. On top of that, even though we were still on Praslin, Veronia arranged an excellent rental car for us on Mahé, organizing it so that it would be handed over to us right at the ferry terminal upon arrival, with the flexibility to drop it off at the airport at the end of our trip. Thanks to her efforts, we’ve been able to make the most of our remaining 1.5 days in the Seychelles without any hassle. Service like this makes a real difference to a trip. Many thanks, Veronia!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The staff were kind and helpful, and our suite was kept clean every day. We also had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is on the quieter side of the island, but there is a free bus to take you to the busier side a few days a week. There is plenty to do with watersports and other activities. The food was delicious, and there was entertainment during dinner. It was a lovely trip, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
