Hotel Mi Rochor

Nice hospitality served by the hotel. A must visit

My young son threw up at 2am and Asmawi came and cleaned up everything very quickly. He told us who to call if we need more help for my sick child, he noticed and got my son another blanket so he wasn't cold and made sure everything was disinfected before he left. He was very friendly and a lifesaver. All the cleaning staff I have met have been wonderful too. Thank you very much!

The service was excellent! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They did a great job helping me print my documents, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

I return to the same hotel annually, some times twice in a year. I love the cleanliness and neatness of the room. Wonderful and helpful staff from Front Desk, Concierge to Housekeeping. A special thank you to the Front Office Manager Mr Izzat for meeting my requirement of the same room every time I stay. Also Woi Yan the housekeeper who is attentive, polite and friendly. Can't fault on the hotel's location which is right in the centre of town. The close proximity to the Rochor MRT makes it easy to travel about. I will certainly return again year after year!

Rooms were small, but very clean and had all the basic amenities. The big plus point is how convenient the location is (next door to Rochor station via a shaded walkway, and one-stop to the food and shopping at Bugis Junction). On our departure, we were assisted by Ali who helped us book a taxi to the Marina Cruise Centre at half the price rate Grab wanted to charge us at the time. He was so helpful in handling our luggage and even helped us to save money on the taxi booking. 👍 Thanks again Ali!
