Had our wedding over the last weekend at MO and omg…. This place is 5-stars for good reason!!!!!! Our PICs from MO: Events - Letitia Banquet - Murphy, Nelson, Julien, Javier Bridal assistant - Hui Min Culinary - Chef Andrew and Chef Tan AV - Redzuan FO - Yiming Letitia - Truly the most wonderful wedding coordinator. Our original wedding coordinator left MO midway our planning, and i’m so ever thankful we were assigned to Letitia. She took over with such ease, and she was so quick on her feet and was able to catch up with the details of our wedding so quickly (i’m super super type A so there are a lot of minute small details in our wedding that I’m thankful Letitia was able to handle and cover those!). Her energy, vibes and overall care and concern for us during the wedding planning process, and then the wedding, is honestly so impressive. She worked so so hard behind the scenes!! Can’t ask for a better coordinator than Letitia ♥️ Murphy, Nelson, Julien, Javier, Hui Min, Redzuan - Truly such a spectacular team. The entire banquet flowed so seamlessly, I didn’t even have to sweat about the program, food, march in timings, it was all being handled so so well by the banquet staff. Definitely did not have to worry about the program at all because they worked so well with our program coordinators from our bridal party! 🎉 Chef Andrew & Chef Tan - Idk what else to say because food was fantastic, everyone loved it, so many guests came up saying this was one of the best hotel food they have ever had among all the weddings!! So thankful that the team managed to serve my guests tons of mantous (like one person 10?!?!?!) because they kept asking for it! 😍 Yiming - Best FO! He saw me struggling with my credit card during check in, approached me with concern and told me to forget about the credit card and to just head to our room to rest! Also appreciate the help on expediting the availability of the bridal suite for us, because it made doing makeup so much more seamless. It’s such a small issue, but it was everything to us, because it meant my MUA did not have to move her stuff halfway, and my bridal party didn’t have to move our belongings to another room halfway. It was a much more comfortable experience for us. Appreciate the greetings we kept getting from Yiming throughout our stay!!! 🫶🏼

We had our wedding dinner at mandarin oriental and the entire process was nothing short of amazing. A huge shoutout to those involved Events - Letitia Banquet - Murphy, Nelson, Julien, Javier Bridal assistant - hui min Culinary - Chef Andrew and chef tan AV - Redzuan FO - Yiming Letitia has been the most warm, responsive and lovely events coordinator we ever had. During the lead up to our wedding day, she tirelessly handled our queries and requests with absolute efficiency and professionalism. Without her, I believed the dinner would not have been possible. She went above and beyond to make sure that we could enjoy your experience there without any worries. Truly appreciate Letitia for her patience, never ending energy and her care and concern towards us!! Thank you to yiming as well for helping us during our check in and also rushing our bridal suite turnover so that we could have a smooth and early check in as we prepared for the dinner. Thank you to chefs too for the amazing food prepared which all our guests loved and had nothing but praises - especially the mantou! Beyond the dinner, our experience staying at mandarin oriental was also a memorable and amazing one, with top notch services that made our time there so comfortable. Highly recommend Mandarin oriental if you considering to hold your wedding or just a quick getaway!

This was our third visit to the MO in Singapore and the first since the new Haus 65 club lounge was opened. The hotel was as good as ever. We had a view of Marina bay which was lovely especially at night. The room was spacious and the efficient house keeping staff keep it very clean and tidy. We had access to the club lounge and that really made the holiday special. Great variety of food and excellent drinks particularly the champagne. The lounge staff very very friendly and attentive and extremely helpful in dealing with any issues that arose. All the staff in the lounge were excellent and special thanks to Sera and Brittany for helping to make our stay so enjoyable. Can't wait to return.

My wife and I just got married at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, and the team made the entire experience feel effortless, from the first enquiry to the dinner itself. A special thank you to Wen En in Wedding Sales, who guided us through every decision with patience, honesty and warmth. He was very accommodating to us throughout the entire journey and would go out of his way to provide us with every single thing that we needed. Planning felt like a joy rather than a chore, and that was largely down to Wen En. On the day itself, Murphy (Banquet Manager) kept everything running seamlessly, Hui Min (Bridal Assistant) was a calm and caring presence that helped soothe our wedding jitters and never left the side of my beautiful bride for a moment. Wan (AV) made sure every technical detail was perfect and worked closely with my groomsmen to make sure our program went without a hitch, and finally Chef Andrew delivered a Chinese banquet that our guests are still talking about, claiming this was one of the best banquet foods they had ever eaten. Thank you, Wen En, Murphy, Hui Min, Wan and Chef Andrew, for making our wedding everything we dreamed of. We recommend Mandarin Oriental without hesitation for all the young couples out there

We had a wonderful experience at Mandarin Oriental for our wedding ceremony, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to make our special day so memorable! A huge thank you to Letitia (Events) for making us feel welcomed and valued from our very first enquiry, guiding us through every step, and ensuring everything was well prepared and seamless. Alex (Banquet) did an excellent job keeping the event running like clockwork, accommodating last-minute changes while ensuring our guests were well taken care of. Ke Ying (Bridal Assistant) was incredibly warm and thoughtful, always nearby to help with the wedding dress and veil and ensure the bride was comfortable throughout the day. Special thanks to Chef Andrew and Chef Tan for the amazing food, which our guests thoroughly enjoyed. Chef’s personal appearance after the event to congratulate us was a lovely touch! Aqilah (Front Office) also made our stay extra comfortable with her help with check-in, check-out, and late check-out arrangements. We truly felt cared for from the preparations right through to the wedding day. Thank you to the entire team for making such an important milestone so special and stress-free. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mandarin Oriental for both hotel stays and special events in Singapore!
